Titans are surely cool but the idea of making them strongest doesnt make sence. Just think - Titan has the lowest cost of the building(Altar of storms) so you can have it built on the second week already. This gives you a huge advantage it quantity. Secindly - Titans are ranged, and Tier 7 ranged. Isnt that scary even now?
And also if we go to the previous versions of Heroes, the Black dragons always defeated Titans.
PS I think that the Devil must be the strongest - its an evil creature, it must have learned some cheating evil ways to get increadible powers at low cost

1. Giants are cheap, Titans costs alot of gold *snivel*
2. Giants must be upgraded to Titans, and the cost alot too
3. Alter of Strorms must be upgraded once before you get Titans
4. Upgradeing is very expensive

Yes the upgrading is expensive, but by building the first dwelling on the second week means an advantage in number ov Tier 7 creatures later. Example - in most games I dont get Tier 7 dwelling till the 2 month(And I dont actually need it))

I dont get it out how people can think a Devil or Angel is stronger then a Titan.
In mythology what do you think would win?
Small Devil against a huge Titan that is ancestors to the Gods.
Small Humans with wings and glowing sword of light VS a huge Titan that is ancestors to the Gods.
But in Ashan, a Devil and a Angel would win against a Titan anyday.
Children of Elrath and Demon commanders VS a big contruct?
Devil and Angel would win.

Yeah, it certainly is crazy people think Angels are stronger than Titans when it's scientifically proven that Azure Dragons are the strongest.

The faction-strongest is (and should be) the black dragon.
Watch the homm3 cinematic!
Titans should all be chained on the Kaukasus.
Maybe a neutral creature called fenrir(kills Odin) should be strongest-in-game.
and IMO archdevils should be stronger then archangels in 1on1, but archangels can ressurect fallen allies, wich makes them stronger in cooperation with allies.

Black dragons sould be stronger too, they are to weak if you compare them with h4 blakies those were real killers and h3 blackies were strong to and titans should have chain lightning attack and high spell immunity and stone skin so that thy can be nameworthy the TITANS not just big humans who are little bit underpowered tier 7 creature.

Underpowered?!!!
They have ranged attack, too much hit points(they're ranged) and have the second most massive damage in-game. and you call them underpowered???

@PhoenixReborn: LOL. You're not even close, but I'm not telling why he left. That's something he'll say, if he ever decides to. 
Anyways, if you're going to make Titans so powerful, it's only fair to make the Black Dragons just as strong. Titan vs Black Dragon forever! 
(Seriously, it's almost tradition for them to be the two strongest level 7 units in the game)

If one of blacks or titans would be the strongest then it would be sure to reduce growth by -1 so starting growth would be 1 and even castle wouldn´t inncrease creature´s growth but tear of asha with castle would increase creature growth by +1.

i meant one of those dungeon or academy not both.It would game more interesting if academy would have the strongest creature i mean titans deserve that.

In Mythology, surely such a titan would win. In Heroes of Might n magic? Who knows... keep in mind the Titans of the Academy faction are NOT the actual Titans from mytholoy, they simply share the name and are somewhat modelled after it I think. Or at least they were - I loved the greek soldier outfit they used to wear, and which H5 butchered. It removed a huge link they had to the whereabouts of their name.
Personally, I think Dragons should be the strongest, followed by Angels, Titans and Devils.
Keep in mind though every unit should have its own unique purposes, strengths, and weaknesses. Archangels are generally unique in that they don't really have any specific strengths (other than resurrect and being well-rounded powerfull), but they neither have any specific weaknesses.
