I have made extremely serious post here time and again that were either ignored or taken as a joke/lightly and that was why i even came here to post about it, please for the love of god realize where you are and retain composure, you're in a community, we're not your dogs that you can bark at shamelessly, regardless of your circumstances. It's an insult to many others that dealt and dealing with some serious ****.

I'm reacting to your and others' actions, and appropriately so, given that i am again being bombarded by naysayers who are disrupting another serious topic i am a part of. Don't blame me for reacting. Blame yourself for being a part of the action that caused the reaction. If the thread's content bothered you, you could have occupied the literal thousands of other threads. A life-and-death serious thread is not the place for acting like some of you have.
Would you so easily deny my communication of actual events, just because you had nothing better to do? Just wtf is WRONG with you?

Also, I will not tolerate insulting language towards any poster. Attack ideas, not each other.

Would you consider it insulting to be compared to someone who lied to the community about having cancer? Or to be treated like a liar or drama queen in a thread dedicated to informing the community of serious, real-life events that are putting myself and my family through a living hell? Or to be ridiculed and joked in that same thread? Or to be treated like something as less than yourself after doing something honorable for the community you put so much work into? And to be treated like this by more than one member of said community for multiple pages in said thread?
Language is the least of the issues, here, omega.

I recommend a QP to Elvin, blob2 and myself in the Bixie's Best of Shounen Manga thread for being true anime/manga compadres. Our contribution and dedication over the years was never rewarded. Especially me. How am I HC's nuttiest anime aficionado if I haven't gotten even one QP out of it?
In all seriousness, please consider it. Also consider a name change to said thread to better reflect what it has become.

You spammed? This sometimes happened to me at the beginning, since I would post something twice accidentally (but only for 1 minute).
I don't really know, to be honest.
Edit: It seems that Firefox is the problem, after all.

Seems to happen in the latest FireFox version, when you’re not logged in on your account.
Try a different browser, or log in to your account at the top of the screen.

Yeah it's weird. When I use Firefox I can log in fine, but when I try to view any thread overload protection activates constantly and I get stuck in an endless loop. But it's only on Firefox that that happens.

Logging in doesn't seem to help.

Just a few minutes before, when accessing the forum page, I was welcomed by a blank page where something like this was written: "Such directory doesn't exist". This persisted for a while until now. Why?

Guess you already know... problems with Firefox... I'm getting mad with these overload messages, can you PLEASE FIX THIS? And overhaul this ancient code?

Like 350 times in a row before I can see a single page, thats happens for like 3 months now, atm I'm using chrome just to write this message... It's useless and anoying as hell.
Dunno why this is a problem at all in times with broadband internet and server able to deal with DDOS... Pls stop using code from the last century for this forum... its obsolete... and in my case its just super anoying!  And to be honest who needs a damn Overload protaction after all for like 200kb transfer rates for some simple text and little graphics...? As I said... this isn't year 2000 anymore...
