Do u really think it was Khaeloīs sole decision to give u a -qp ?. Donīt u think some more MODīs talk about giving a penalty or not? But there is only one MOD who makes the action then.
You should blame all (or at least some more) and not just the one who executed the decision.
And even your reaction was foretelled. Itīs similar to the nOOb-treatment discussion lately. Why donīt u accept, not ALL people have the same sense of humor?
Some get upset earlier, others never.....
And btw....i found your post distasteful as well.

I found it very typical of his mentality, therefore it's hard to annoy or offend me when I expected it sooner or later. I don't think it should have brought a warning, mainly because of the inevitable outcry that would follow, and if I wasn't bothered, it's not worth bothering the forum about either. No use giving people more ammunition for no gain.

Penalty stands, near unanimous decision of the Mod Squad.
The whole thing is over, situation disolved, end of discussion. Don't put the weight of this thing on Khaelo's shoulders, that's entirely unfair.

yes angelito, as a matter of fact from what ive heard it was her sole decision to give me that penalty. So dont try and come here to get it to be all innocent while the reality is something else. Back your information up first, otherwise you do risk of making a fool out of yourself not knowing what youre talking about.
But in general.. i guess this is the time to hug and kiss up.
And usually i do that, everyone do make mistakes and i see no real problem with forgiving people about that.
And while i do believe it took great courage and guts to change this decision i do not believe this was a mistake.
I believe the penalty was a result of a subjective QP discussion in which i critised khaelo earlier but instead of taking that up with me she gets passive-agressive and takes the first chance to hit me back.
Which just proves my point, the real reason i got the penalty has nothing to do with posting content.. because jokes like that appear each day. The real reason is i got that penalty because the handle next to the post was "Sir_Stiven"... as usual.
And im so sick of it.
It might say "hero of order" under khaelos avatar and other mods that behaves like this, and they might have a shiny modsword but this behavior doesnt make em moderators in my eyes.

How can these 3 change their "unanimous decision" two times?
lol.. this hypocratic BS just makes me sick.
bottom line, two mods cant take critism and they both becomes the mob.
Feel free to enlighten me otherwise though.

You should really take your own advice. You don't seem to understand how decisions are made. We can't back it up, it's confidential.

You might wanna speak to your colleagues before challening me in these things as you dont know anything about. That way you wouldnt advice me to take my own advice and that way we might be able to have a discussion instead of a case where you adress things i already know to be confidential?
And im sure it would be great for you not to have me posting here anymore... as that would mean you wouldnt have to make hollow defences in turban tribunal or recieve critism you cant handle.

For your information I was so totally insensed that I'm the one who squawked to the mods about the first post last night. It really, really upset me. So stop blaming all them for hunting you down; it was me that brought it to their attention and asked that they remove the post.
I'm with PH on this from now on. I really could give a duck's nest what you say to me anymore. Say whatever you want, you brought this on yourself as usual and if you don't know that then you're not nearly as smart as I think you are. If you don't want people getting ticked at you, then modify your own darned behavior.
To the mods: I'm really sorry I had anything to do with getting you all involved in this childish mess. The guy is like a pit-bull. I should have remembered that from the last time.

Hardly, it would simply mean making my life easier not having to put up with your crap. It's not productive and is baseless. Every QP/-QP is subjective in your eyes, I understand that, but you believing something doesn't make it true. I predicted exactly your responce to the situation yesterday.

I think you should have read the IM a bit better. Penalty was removed again coz of the "unanimous decision" of the members who posted afterwards!!

now she questions my humour and my intelligence again.. i have told her not too but now she did it again.
Just like as she called me a heyoka again but i have told her not to tell me anymore.
as that was my motivation for the penalty.. im sure she will have 2 now then?

This is too much really.. off course PM shouldnt have any penalties for saying that.. i can take these things just due to my humour. Ive never whined about jokes about me so far, i think ive said that id like a penalty seen on 3 posts in my 3 years here. All have included heavy personal insults.
I dont care if someone makes fun of my spelling, humour/lack of humour or my brains or lack of.. my sexual life or anything else like that.
But to see a post get a penalty for it?
i mean come on..
Was it a nice post? no
Could it be taken for offensive? perhaps, but then you would have to give a penalty to every other post in HC which jokes about something.
Was the intention behind it mean? hell no
So what it leaves.. is 2 mods here who both ive critised in a thread in tribunal called "Stiven post - QP?". And the same mods gives me a penalty for this...
I could bring up many examples of similiar jokes if you like? ive given you the heyoka example by PM.
If this is the standard you want to set.. then why dont you follow it yourself?

I do have faith in you because judging from your library posts you are objective.. thats really something the mod squad needs so PLEASE dont go take defensive subjective stances here now when you dont know all there is to it...

I don't think that anything brought up in private IM's should be posted here. It's just not right in my opinion.
I also don't think that this fighting is really productive, I miss the NHL terribly but that doesn't mean I'm looking to see gloves dropping all over the Other Side in its stead 
I think that since Peacemaker stated that she was offended and hurt by the post, and asked that it was removed, it should have been.
I think that it would be a real shame if members like Bort stop posting. Especially since I still don't really understand why the elves keep filling his underwear with butterscotch syrup and I was hoping one day I might be enlightened. Seriously though, I understand that Bort's post was not to get this type of "please stay" response, but oh well .. Please Stay. I know we don't really know each other but as a tavern mod I've read too much of your pure comedic genious not to at least try to keep you around

yet.. joking about my posts. responding to the parts that suits you. But.. where is something that backs your decision up?
we all know that can make posts now and "take the heat" (read: not respond to critism in tribunal thread).. so whats missing really, is anything that reminds of something that would back up your decision.
shouldnt it be you who has to put in the proof as you have made the decision and then it should be based on something?
ive given examples of other posts, of posting ways.. ive given a quote from bort what he says will happend if this is to keep up.
