No idea, but I'm pretty sure you can't interact with the other worlds. What annoys me in NS2 is the lack of "private" worlds/regions without paying for it ( ). That means I will even be able to be contacted by someone completely outside HC, and influenced by them. I'm not very fond of that idea, because it can happen without my permission/consent...

Meh, with ambassador You can "soon" Create private worlds.I guess we'll have to wait until then.

Only once, the features remain (only ambassador status in forums is removed).
And ambassador status looks too delicious to let slip by...

Nope not all features remain, for example the Custom Flag gets reset after 
not sure about private worlds though...

I don't think it is reset, only that you can't upload another custom flag.

As I said somewhere before in this thread, if I'm crazy enough to pay a monthly fee then at least I'd go and play a MMORPG and not this simple browser game.

No.
What's so much more complex in a classic system with level ups and blacksmithing some items? 
There's not much complexity in RPG systems apart from "prerequisites" and uber stuff that you need to carefully plan -- that's not complexity, that's frustration
Sure it might be a bit (reason is I think the fee is higher). Not to mention they are boring after a few weeks of play. (ok NationStates isn't the same "boring" since you don't need to look at your monitor for hours waiting an issue!)
