Really? Cos getting more guns usually means increased funding and since you most probably have no other departments you will have to increase taxes

I don't think Nuclear Weapons are considered "arms", I think they're considered "bombs"
And @Ash, it was not when Dagoth funded more guns, that happened later. (say for example, you get the gun issue, and later get the "government taxes should be 0!" which overrides the former; still I think it's a bug that it is 0, since the government only gets money from what? products? that's a bit too few).
@mvass: You can still have "business" if the enterprise is run by the government, albeit a lot harder. Not to mention, about exports/imports etc...
