The Nomadic Peoples of Global Woodstock is a tiny, socially progressive nation, remarkable for its strong anti-business politics. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 5 million hold their civil and political rights very dear, although the wealthy and those in business tend to be viewed with suspicion.
The medium-sized, corrupt, liberal government juggles the competing demands of Social Welfare, Healthcare, and Law & Order. The average income tax rate is 18%. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Book Publishing.
Crime is a problem. Global Woodstock's national animal is the llama and its currency is the hendrix.
Now let's try out the game...

Meh I wanted to make it now but the damn thing limits the number of characters in the motto to a pretty low number, and if I shorten it sounds bad and too "poetic" (or some might say ridiculous). 
Can someone tell me what are the next questions (step 2)? Does it matter what type of government we choose? What is a "compassionate" or a "sensible" government?

It seems to matter to the main nature of your government. If you choose corrupt it's going to be corrupt. Sensible means reasonable, intelligent. Compassionate I think means that kind of government that is on peoples side, perhaps more on the smaller peoples side.
all the really important stuff is on the other side. 
Oh and baklava, Nomadic people of Global Woodstock. LOOOOOOL

btw I just decided I'll try to make a dictatorship government -- otherwise it's simply not fun at all to have almost no nation at all but just another "free land" for big corporations to settle their businesses. That isn't the point of the game I guess
and even if I play it, seeing that the game won't take much time to play (as I'm somewhat busy), that doesn't mean I'll let you know until I shaped my nation enough. (this includes a non-existent custom flag)

For the custom Flag I agree, but why don't you let us see it? It's much more interesting to see how your nation evolves than just see its properties once and that's it.

... Your nation can join the WA, but it's not compulsory. As a non-member, you are unaffected by any WA decisions. So if you're happy looking after your nation and don't want to dabble in international politics, don't join up.
If you're ready to take your nation onto the world stage, though, the WA is for you.
Edit : Does anyone else have a problem with nationstates.net loading from time to time? I'm am hoping they are just updating the site right now, but I cant load any of it.
Edit edit! And how do I join the HC region? Just type in HC, or Heroes community? ok Ill figure it out if no one wants to help
