Quote: 3107dmg / 386 goblins....!!! they are like doing 8.04 in damage Guessing thats max dmg. But to compensate that, they have lousy 3 Hit Points.
Don't forget that with a decent level Barbarian with high Attack + Attack Skill, that's likely to be at least 100 % over base damage. They could easily be modified from 2-4 damage and still give these numbers given the right circumstances.

That's even reasonable, because according to what we've seen so far, Attack is the orcs' main primary skill, and they likely have Attack skill. Though I kind of hoped to see Goblins with crazy damage and almost no HP.
Anyway, we can guess that the orcs creatures have one demonic updrade and one humanoid upgrades, since they are half demons and half humans. The new sreenshots probably show the humanoid upgrades, while the movies show the demonic with the unupgraded creatures.

I saw the german movie and sometimes the jurnalist hovers the mouse over the cyclope revealing his stats. I tried to see their stats with a magnifying glass program and I'm not very sure but HP = 287 or 487 and damage = 40(something) - 87. Now I may be mistaken but if its stats are these combined with a 50 attack value isn't it a little overpowered.

I tried to use a similar thing, And i give you right in that HP is 222 ... (x3 = 666 , So its symbolic) - And Attack is high with very low Defense.. But everything is very blury

Maybe they just made a reversed magma dragon? Instead of ridiculous high hp and defence, just a ridiculously high attack and dmg, but with a very low defence?
Either way, it's just a demo...(And does not represent the final quality of the product )

Tu She (or Two Shay, or however you spell it)
Also, there is a screenie with three skills.
Might Over Magic: I think this makes attacks more powerful against casters, or those that use magic in their attack.
Memory of our blood: Makes the effects of bloodrage last longer?
Powerful blow: Attacks have a knockback or initiative/defense breaking effect?
OOH, and the heroes are called Barbarians, I don't know if anyone has noted that yet.

Ehm on the last screenshot that Elvin posted you actually SEE what "Might over Magic" does: Decreases enemy Spell power in combat in proportion with the Babarian Spell power".
So i think that it actually would be good if the Babarians secondary atribute would be spellpower so that this ability would really be usefull especially against dungeon.
And the memory of our Blood thing... I think its about this Demon Rage thing they have. Without the skill they go into Blood rage with the skill they go in to Demon rage. But in don't now prehaps its something else in ca. 4weeks we'll know
And yeah the powerfull blow is probably the stun effect of the hero attack we saw in the first video.

Powerfull Blow
Links a hero with a selected creature in his army. Every time this creature performs an attack, the hero will assault the same target. The hero`s attack is by 3 his levels more powerful than usual and has additional chance to inflict a critical hit.
Might Over Magic
Decreases enemy Spell power in combat in proportion with the barbarian Spell power.
Memory Of Our Blood
All Stronghold creatures in Barbarian army get randomly from 50 up to 100 rage points at the beginning of combat.

haha so basically powerful blow is a reverse retaliation strike with the difference that it doesn't suck
but the skills look good tho i might like the orcs, since i favour might factions like Haven more, who knows, Orcs might become a secondary for me

I hope not. I would like to see pure might race, so only defense works for me as secondary attribute (even if it is way behind attack).
Even with 3-4 SP, the perk will have some decent use, but with 10+ it would be heavily imba vs dungeon. So, no high SP for barbarians, please-

oook prehaps you right but i don't think that their secondary will be defense because of their Babarian theme. Of course it would fit their pure Might orientation but hmmm... ok but your right eventhough i would prefer something like 4-5 spellpower at lvl 15.

50% Att 20% Def, 15% SP and 15% Knowledge would be something to my liking.
While speaking about "Might over Magic" perk, i think it will be quite frightening to enter the combat as warlock vs barbarian only to realize that barb got +10 SP from artifacts ..
..I can already imagine the faces

Especially if the barbarian hero has Expert Attack, Defence, Leadership and Luck
Beware warlocks, your end is near
Anyway, a skilled Lvl 17 barbarian should have some spellpower too, after all he is a mighty hero and not a usuall orc.

I think its 50% Att, 25% Def, 15% Kno and only 10% SP. If the perk is cumulative with the sp from artifacts i think it's very overpowering vs magic factions. Think it this way, the orcs are pure might so there units will probably be over average maybe excelent (cyclopes - 50 att)so they rely on their units, on the other hand magic factions (warlock, wizard) rely purely on magic spells and buffs mainly because there creatures suck (academy), so if the barbarian reduces the spell power too much it will be a 2 min fight and i don't think its fair. In my opinion the SP reduction is ok if its not cumulative with Sp from artifacts. Im not against the orcs but im a Dungeon lover and I mainly use empower spells + warlock Luck to decimate my opponent. If U take that away from me I'm toast

Good point (allthough I'm not a Dungeon lover). The barbarians must be beatable for the magic factions, but I trust that Nival will balance that
