I would like to make whole iron/stone golem texture a little bit transparent. I've read whole 'Transparency' topic and posts above but I completely don't know how to do that... Any help?

Hi all.
I reinstalled HOMM5 and ToE today, almost one year passed since
the last time i played.
obviously i couldnt resist and started to mod, changed some skins,
some skills, the usual...
Then i wanted to change Sylvan's 5th lvl unit (dragons) with Phoenix
but keeping the stats of the dragons.
I remember soemthing about copying the whole phoenix script and pasting
in dragon's file... but now we have 2 upgrades and i dont really know
what is the first and second (i made only one game since reinstall, haven vs necro).
Can someone refresh my memory, how to put phoenix instead of dragons?
Thanks in advance doods.

And yeah im a HOMM2 nostalgic, Sylvans arent Sylvans without Phoenix

Is there any way to change point of view in dwelling (to see the whole creature)?

Question 2:

The animation is broken only on adventure map. In Combat/Dwelling everything is ok. What could be the problem?

adventure animset. a problem with a link.
either manticore_lod(character).xdb (or something like that) isn't linked to the adventure animset, or a .xdb link in the adventure animset file leads nowhere.

Do you mean change the camera? Each creature has a camera file. Have a look in an NCF mod.

I know that But I don't know exactly how to chage the camera... Copying camera file of f.ex. black dragon and renaming the file for shadow witch camera file?
