I don't think so. The hood seems to be transparent only at the front: that is, when you look at it from behind, there is no transparent spot. I think this is more a problem with the model than with the textures.

I can try, but the model may end up with a pair of large holes in the sides of its head depending on how the ears are attached.
EDIT: Tried it. Failed. Sorry man, it's not going to work. The Sharpshooter ends up with two holes in the side of his head, as I feared:

Sure it's possible, just look at the pic above. You just apply it to the creature's model as an effect.

All right I guess Sharpshooter stays as it first was. Maybe I'll fiddle around with that later. I love the second Thunderbird (the greenish one). The Enchanter looks a lot too much like the model from where it came. Try removing certain attributes of it. BTW, Enchanter doesn't have to be based on Mage or Archmage. I guess you could also use Priests and Clerics or Druids.
I would also like to know if anyone is interested in doing the programming for all these creatures later on.
Later today, I will post my Rust Dragon. After that's done, I'll move on to Azure Dragon and when that's done I might take a glance at what ca be done with the Sharpshooter. It looks great...but it could look better .

In what ways? If you just go ahead and say what you want me to do with it, I can do it. I can't work with nothing.
Anyway if you want someone to program the units into the game, I'm afraid the only guys who can help you are Kronos1000, Neckie and CrazyPill.

Regarding Sharpshooter: I have a lot of time on my hand these days with two weeks out of school. I won't mind going through every option in every editor just to make it look it great.
If you want, try fiddling around with Enchanter. Like I said, try not to make it look like any already existing creature.
EDIT: And I'm definetly going to need some help with programming. So I'll have to find them somewhere around here...

I started Rust Dragon and imported picture of rust onto Emerald Dragon. Problem is, when I load it, half the dragon is invisible!
EDIT: Yeah, can someone upload the link to that second Thunderbird? I'll put it with everything else I have so far.

Try opening the Emerald Dragon texture in GIMP/Photoshop and pasting the rust picture over that at, what, 65% transparency? Then put it back in. Might work better that way, me thinks.

i would like prefer more use the black dragon model for rust dragon,i tried do rust dragon today,but recoloring it rust like colors is hard

I guess Black Dragon could work. You probably shouldn't recolor it. You should import a picture of rust and apply a shade.

I get the same problem using Black Dragon as Rust Dragon model. Damn. I'll keep trying, but I don't htink I'll get anywhere with this. If anynoe has a nice Rust Dragon please post. I'm going to give a shot at the Enchanters and Azures.

Thanks for that. I'll probably just take the Thunderbird though. I don't want to completely steal an idea. By the way, do you know the author? I want to give credit where credit is due.
Actually, I'd be really happy if someone could isolate just the textures of the Thunderbird for me. I'm sorry but something just came up and I'll be busy for a while.

Yes I must resort to editing once again! No it doesn't have to be made of rust. But a rusty color looks best on it.If you could actually make out pieces of the one I made, and then use your imagination, I don't think it looked too bad. And I don't know why we call it Rust Dragon when its abilities are probably going to be Acid Breath, Poison, and Acid Blood.

Guys, it's a Rust Dragon. Its breath can cause rust, it can be immune to rust, etc. That doesn't mean it has to be made out of rust.
