Don't worry about it your entry will be apreciated for sure .
And nevermind the pictures 1. Handdrawings are fine 2. the net is FULL of epic creature pictures so if you look long enough I'm sure you'll find some. And in the end I guess it's your effort and inovation that matter and not the pictures (eventhough they won't hurt you). So don't worry just participate if you like.

Sorry, but I don't know where to ask this if not here.
I could have a town to submit... problem is... I started a project to show to some people (a friend of mine who works for a company) that I could do game design. I made a bunch of games, and one was a hypothetical Heroes 6, wich I adapted to my theories about gamecrafting (the purpose of the project was exactly to show how such theories improve gameplay).
In short, I have a whole game with 10 towns, some game mechanics, some new features, and other things (eight towns however are those from HV modified, and another is the pretty much spoiled naga town... only the one I'd like to submit here is totally new).
Now, what do the mods suggest me to do?
A. posting the whole project on H6 Altar of Wishes.
B. submitting the town in the contest.
C. banish myself from this dimension.

I suggest posting 10 seperate towns!
You can keep the history and the world the same, just specify each faction's history in their specific thread. Link your other entries to your post if you like

Huhmm...
ok, this afternoon I have the exham in Penal Law, after that I'll put some work in trascripting everything. Then I'll link my new town here.
I think the others should stay unlinked... they're just tweaked versions of towns we already know, and the naga town is painfully obvious in flavor (but not in mechanic, of course... that's where I did put the most work).
Argh, the work is monumental... well, if anything, I hope it will be a pleasant read.

yes, I'm going to post the whole thing, in Heroes 6 Altar of Wishes. Can this cause some problem or violate some rules? If anything, I fear to break the maximum lenght available for a single post - I'd like, indeed, being able to use spoilerblocks.
Keep in mind that the project isn't under anyone's copyright except being registered here in Italy under my name. It has no profit purposes and the only reason it exists was to make a demonstration of my level as a game designer to some friends -even if I end up working with them, this project will never be nothing more than words on paper.
If that's some other problem, let me know.
@kookastar: almost finished to trascript it. Some tips on how to post something like 20 pages?

Feel free, I don't think two interpretations of the same theme would be a problem anyway, as long as they are fairly unique (better let kooka confirm though I guess).

@Momo: how to post lots of text. Probably the best thing is to upload it to some hosting somewhere in HTML format so it can be read on the web - or alternatively, just use two consecutive posts in a thread. What format is it in? If you want to upload it, I can help there, or it may be allowed on the HC filespace (not sure, ask Genielord or VokialBG about that I think). HCM me with any questions.
@kooka: I'm afraid I am a n00b still on celestialheavens, heroes-fr, archangel castle and drachenwald (oh wait, that one was done already wasn't it), I only really have a few posts on each, but I'll see what I can do there. And there are other forums too of course, which are in languages I have no knowledge of, which maybe other people could investigate.
