Well, it's a difference of 0,10 points. I hope that this won't affect the final place of his faction in a negative way. I think my rating for his entry is quiet comparable to the others since Fauch, Snatch, and you GenieLord rated the Den with 40 points, too.

Huhm, how could we know? And anyway..
Your news from Nival kinda screwed up things. First off, I've had done things very differently if the question was making a faction that could indeed end up in the game.
But most importantly, I'd have rated factions differently depending on what I think would be a better add in the game.
That would mean rising up both The Portal and The Clockwork marks (and the latter I probably marked with a unfairly low score, I think, after seeing all the factions).
However, it was mostly an artistical reason. I currently think that both the Burrows and the Palace that are floating around in my mind (especially the Burrows) could be at least twice as good than my current-state entries. I'm too much the obsessive type, I know.
EDIT: speaking of obsessions, I finished marking every faction and will post the summary tomorrow.

What were you rating them by! General quality I guess... that was the difficulty I had with ICTC2. Thankfully I'm not head judge this time; I'm not sure I could cope with the whole marking issues again. You'll have noticed I haven't marked anything in this contest.

Tobius seems to think that quality can't come without quantity, and thus his faction was unnecessarily painful to read, as I elaborated in his thread. For this reason, I detracted him two points from "discretionary". However, the more I see the other factions, the more I think that Tobius' work deserved an higher mark than that, to be fair. That's why I highened my final vote. Next time, sir, less walls of text I may suggest.

Due to my laptop having a short in it, I can not access the internet for long periods of time outside of work, so I must withdraw from the judging. I only judged two or three, so it shouldn't be a major loss.

I think that all the visitor judges have finished their markings.
All the official judges are working very hard to mark the factions.
The competitors are just waiting for the official results.
And Kooka, TDL and FOG are probabaly calculating everything.
