Really awesome Lexxan.
Still voting for that QP.

Maybe I would be sour but then again maybe not.

Am I more bitter now? Maybe more straightforward than in the beginning but I wouldn't say bitter.

Would that be bitterness ?

I don't believe in the enbittering of others. I think it's rather a matter of getting more mature. You know we, youngsters (yes, I include myself to the youngster group) are the future of the World and HC. In the end we will become the leading generation ,like it happens in RL as well, but we seem to forget that we within ten years will be just like them.

We, novices, tend to act as if HC is some kind of toy: we overpost, flood/kill threads, annoy the socalled bitter members. Everyone of us had that phase, and some even get penalised for it (Chandler is a fine example of that). I wouldn't agree fully with penalising youngsters like Skeleton King or Isabelyes, and suprisingly most of those penalisers are he ones called "bitter".

Though childness is not a crime, overflood is, and should be penalised indeed. Even I, as a self-poclaimed spammer and thread-killer, can get annoyed by it at some times. Does that make me Bitter ?

Nope, I think it is an unfortuante combo between Maturity and Boredom: Mature people (aslo known as Adults) get annoyed by such things more easily. In addition, they have more worries than someone like me or GL to give two examples. They have Children to look after, have a lot more responsibilities and duties, and such things. I wouldn't be surprised if those thing would make you more cynical and tackless as well.

Another thing point is that the Magic of HC has worked out for them. I don't see ol' members like Khaelo or Aculias post that much as they used to do; people just ran out of ideas to post. And the things they do post are more down-to-earth and cynical than the post of the Normal HC Members. Look at OSM: people are constantly bragging, nagging, rowing, mowing about RL subjects, claiming their ideas to be the right ones. But does that make them bitter ? I don't think so.

What I wanted to point out with my former "flavour post" (the one which Joonas seem to like) is that you can't become bitter. You are it or you aren't it. The whole conversation is in fact purely ridiculous; just look at youselves: You are even bickering outside OSM ! I think Bitterness is more something that has to do with caracter rather than with the things I mentionned in the above paragraphs. Any, that's what I think of it.

So for once, I disagree with GenieLord

PS: If you wondered what my Flava is, I'm sour.
