I just updated. See page two for the classes.
As to Alizebeth Bequin, what happened to her would have really, really sucked. Same with Frauka. Jurgan is awesome. Don't try to argue it, because you can't. He's just that cool.
Oh yeah, if you want to start picking classes, go for it. Just give me a name, a short bio, and how you came to be in my retinue. If you are a warrior, pick your weapons. As to psykers, we'll discuss your powers later.
Additionally, as to the Puritan or Radical question, we'll just have to see where things go.

Anyways I love your idea of how you would like to manage things but I think it's too player reliable. Wishing no offence to anybody but I doubt that everyone participating would be responsable enough to keep things on a good level (but then again my standards are perhaps a bit high from 5/8). But well see how things will work out . Hopefully I will be proven wrong.
I'm not sure what I'd be though... the over zealous ignorant Emperor worshipper or something else.

Me... I'm going to Play as an Ork War boss, possibly a Smartboy Warboss who has a few bits of intelligence, as it provides a good character as an obvious threat.

You can be an interrogator. We can have multiples of that class. If something were to happen to my character, then you'd need to refer to the modified Rock, Paper, Scissors chart to determine leadership.
Once people pick a class, please write down what class you are going to be playing, a short description of who you are, and weapon choices if applicable.
Sorry Bixie, we aren't going to be playing as Orks and I don't even know if we will be encountering any Orks anytime soon. Plus I don't think it'd be good to be an ork in an Inqusitorial retinue, especially one dedicated to the Ordos Xenos.

I was merely thinking of options to have an antagonist, after all, it gets a bit boring for people to simply play as the inquisition for a while.
Besides, Orks provide the nessecary comic relief for the RP, otherwise it has a tendency to get dull and depressing and in desperate need of prozac. Orks are probably the fun side of WH40K, so having him as the comedy villian as well as any others you want to include will be more engaging.
Also, WAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!!!!

Wouldn't you say that this is player dependant? I wouldn't take this as an general statement. I fully support Omegas Inquisition retinue idea. I mean how do want to have an RPG in the WH40k universe if you don't have an real group?
Let's give it a try as it is, do our bests and I'm sure we are in for an really good story.
@Omega I'll be posting my character tomorrow... it's 2am here and I better follow HC's advise.

Omega is there another Warrior except for me that have sent the character to you? Or did you count my statement as a fact that I will be warrior?
Also, what does Hellgun do? And are we allowed to have flail as close weapon?

You are the only warrior so far.
Hellguns are suped up lasrifles. Basically stronger lasers.
As to close combat weapons, you are limited to your imagination. Just no power weapons or chainswords for the moment.

I like defensive classes myself.
What kind of weapons does the Crusader use though?

Close combat, power weapons. Power axes, power swords, power maces, etc. If you want, you can also use a chain sword, but frankly power weapons are better.

Crusaders are the exception:

As to your question Beta, it all depends on which you think is better: lasers or solid slugs. Lasers are more likely to give away your position due to the beam, but stubbers are going to be louder. Like I said earlier, a stubber is pretty much the equivalent of a high calibur pistol, like a .50 Desert Eagle.
