Well first of all I would prefer the idea of us acting as a team. The idea of WH 40k is really all about elite fighting forces working as one to achieve goal X (much like they are currently develpoing the new Dawn of War II). The idea of us each playing a single individual of an race doesn't go with WH 40k at all, since the only individuals that really are of any significance are the powerful ones. And each one of us being a necron lord, chaos lord, tau commander, Chaplain, Waaaaghcief whatever isn't really optimal. I do find the aspect of carnage and mayhem intrigueing (which would ultimately come in since we'd be slaugthering each other on some planet) but then this would be more of writeing an epic intro, letting a battle commence, have some glorious moments, epic clash with the other players character --> one dies. I like the concept of big epic battles but I believe it would become slightly repetetive after a while.
I do like big epic battles when they are good written don't get me wrong but I prefer us acting as a team over us being 1 on 1.

And now to finally answer the question. I'll enjoy continueing the current story line (eventhough I'm slighty confused about the current situation and goals. I remember we were shut down by DSs ship while being on our way to a planet that had misteriously disappeared.).
I would however not object against a new story, mostly because my righteous pala isn't the most complex character. All he does is praying, training and devoteing his life to THE EMPERORRRRRR. But I can work something out I guess .

Yeah we were rushing towards orbit in that broken pod thing. But I think Atticus (wasn't he the inquisitor ?) is already on the planet. Heehe "Do you have a spoon" lol. Yeah Gary is a good character.

Well I had joined to help you out...but seeing as how other people are interested, I'm leaving my spot vacant.
I'm sure you'll find lotsa other RP'ers though.
