As long as a human is running a country, the country or state is evil in ways.
Unless you are saying Bush is a saint 
Maybe Bush & Kim sat down & had some Star bucks talking about StarWars too
Kim is like a minature Mae Ste Tung.
Mae Killed Millions of his own people if they did not follow the rules.
Kim forces his people upon rules he dont like.
Example.
Kim: My N Koreans, I do not wipe my butt with double soft toilet paper anymore, so you can not either OR ELSE!!!

Come on seriously. If a country has power, there are always people who will want to abuse it. Such people exist EVERYWHERE. Thus, one country can't be really called "evil". My statement wasn't ridiculous, it was true even the Nazi germany.. come on, the civilians weren't all bad. Part of them was brainwashed, though, but that's something else. By default, there is as much good as evil in every nation, I think

For god's sake, I can't belive you're arguing about how "evil" a country is. You don't even have a definition of evil that everyone here accepts. At least you could argue if the USA is, at best, immoral, and not "evil."

I don't think anyone bashes "USA". They are only "bashing" the USA government and say that the actions they have done are "evil". Nobody insults or bashes the USA citizens, obviously. I mean, there are so many jokes about Bush and how stupid he is, yet we don't get penalties for that ()

Letter to USA from me.
Dear USA,
I know it's been a while, I haven't seen you all that much lately, but I want you to know I do love you.
We've had our ups and downs, you've done some great things, we do alot together. Nirvana, Coca Cola, Family Guy, Michael Phelps, Krispy Kreme, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Vans Shoes, you know I appreciate it. 
We all do.
You've made some mistakes, but hey, you're only human. A couple scraps and brawls here and there, a few annoying human rights issues, a dodgy president, hypocrisy and hey sometimes you're stubborn, but I personally and I believe I speak on behalf of all rational people here that's all in the past now and I'm prepared to forgive and forget.
I just have one thing to ask of you, a favor maybe.
Please, if nothing else.... spare the world of Sarah Palin. PLEASE.

Well considering USA is a nation that either voted in or LET George Bush buy the elections without revolting, let alone didn't rise up and revolt after it was factually made clear the Bush Administration LIED (something I consider a severe offense when you're in a political function or however you call it).... NOR acted when the Bush Administration went to piss on their very own constitution with the patriot act and started an ILLEGAL war...
What does that say about the general population?
