NCF Megapack working link
Need some help for getting NCF creatures to work. I downloaded the NCF itself from the wiki here:

But the installer link works.

I used it and launched the installer I got from heroescommunity thread.
I also got the NCF Random Map Generator here: http://heroescommunity.com/viewthread.php3?TID=31008
Problem:
Maps I generated are broken with crash to desktop happening during first loading of the map or after loading the first saved game from the map.
It seems as if the version of the megapack I found may be incomplete - It appears to have a lot more than 188 creatures from what the NCF Random Map Generator is showing, but maybe some of them are broken. Or perhaps the problem is that I used an installer meant for different version (it seemed to have worked fine, but windows asked whether the program "installed properly" - this usually indicated that an installer exited with an error code)
Can anyone give a link to a more complete/stable one, or perhaps knows how to find out what's wrong with the one I linked to.

If anyone else encounters similar problem - this seems to be a performance issue. The crashes I had were happening on the largest map size but went away for me when I scaled down to the second largest. I saw some creatures with broken icons in the game (single color taking up most of the their "face icon") but nothing stopping game play.
I noticed that when I launch NCF version of the executable my laptop's fan revs up a bit a harder and there is noticeable lag during that cutscene that replays in the background of campaign/scenario selection screens. Perhaps my laptop is just not powerful enough for NCF to work with the largest maps.

I don't think the ghost ship was actually very hard to make. you just need to find the model somewhere, probably in waterobjects or something like that. I don't think gimp was even required.
was working on it. for some reason the move animation doesn't work
