If mods are illegal, Nival wouldn't create UserMODs folder and they crushed our NCF project much time ago.

For the first time I see someone scared of readme file BTW, Can't find similiar statement in my copy.
Honestly, I do believe you shouldn't accept everything you read, especially when these words carry no meaning. No one objects against modding, but everyone wants to see more mods.

It was the 3.1 patch. Yeah, maybe I'm too much of a boy scout (and paranoid, it's part of my illness  ).
By the way the readme is scary; it has no soothing pictures... löl

For those who doubt that modding Heroes V is evil thing (as I partially did before)

So not only they seem to approve but actually encourage us
