Okay sorry Cepheus for so much anxiety corelated with you. But as FAQ stated only the actions on forum (writing, fixing posts, and also on your side - moderating) make image of somebody. Now I better understand you - I firstly saw your brute force on moderating, and bullying me being permanent novice on forums (since I'm not hot poster by nature). Now I see you can rationally talk, and trying to help both sides.
Yeah some of my Vocabulary is somewhat offensive. The reasons apart non beeing English native speaker are: 1) the bad is always bad however it were named 2) my overdosing on clarity - that mean putting the light on fact I somewhat LightBlind the audience. The second not only makes my language harsh, but also make me not beeing understood. It's hard to corelate written text with thoughts, because mostly when we speak we have tone, gesticulation etc. - so my posts are sometimes taken as insults, trolling or whatever bad practice, despite me not thinking that way - I wan't just to say what is good, what is bad, what I beg for Improve, and what I believe I not have to beg to have it improved. If you not understand me it seem a common mistake, since I have even problems to comunicate in face2face talk.
It's always better that you laugh at me than if it would be rage or hatred. Even so beeing not understand make me almost cry - so I try to be clear as much as possible - but sometimes people feel it so abstract so effects are even worse. Beeing common prey of misjudgation, I'm sorry I misjudged you Cepheus. While mostly we rate more acting than speaking, it seems you also (sometimes) prefer (enough) gently talk than nuking oponents base, which is same what I prefer. Fairness is pretty hard thing to do.
I'll try to state my most important thought on HoTA shortly: I believe that HoTA is more dangerous to H3 community than Rekvizit. I know nobody has a right to force them use Heroic rules of Free software, but I feel there some minimum of morality which I believe is mostly over Ideas of HoTA team. I feel them rather snake than a lion, and it's easier to defend from a lion because anybody can exactly see it, and people can unwisely just step near a snake in the grass. The things I shout are heard but ones I fail to speak more than whisper are not even noticed - not wonder why I'm mostly misjudged in anything. I seem I need help to learn phrasing more before saying anything like this - since it have effect nothing like intended - and even me seeing clearly faults over there and understanding them enough - I can't speak it enough well to others to understand.
Ooops it wasn't shortly enough, and again i get a side step from the topic. I'll like somebody help me phrasing well, but on private channel since I prefer not to flood this place. I hate if people say me what I do wrong, but gives no idea what to improove, so my bad emotions were on you (while I'm mostly act calmly I have main problems with emotions - so I am commonly seen as non-rational). Also while saying anybody seems like corrupted or similair - I believe there are things much more valuable than money - and if they could be bought they would be mostly milions/bilions of dollars per piece.
I have debt of time - so seriously I shouldn't speak so much while there's so much to do. I hope once I will do something enough useable the people here would respect me at least a bit (I even not dream such amount of respect for me like I have for Bersy or Slaava). The rational speak like now you did Cepheus seems much better way to keep me calm enough, since I percieve brute force punishment like some way of aggression, and I believe you remember pretty well the part of FAQ called "Philosophy of Anger". I'm glad there can be some amount of peace between me and you Cepheus. Once I understood you a bit bettet, I started having substantially more respect to you than to "man in the street". You already had abilities and practice for beeing good moderator, but I wasn't allowed to see it until a while not so far in the past.
Take it as excuse, but please read all the text. Next time if any of moderators percieve me doing something bad, please help me doing it well, or at least point me exactly what I meant to improve, rather than using brute force (censoring, silencing, or even worse). I hope we (HC.com) can be coherent community helping each one each other.

Introduction/Modding/Scripting
Guide to create unique abilities for your creatures
could be unstickied as they are linked in WoG forum links and anyway contain very old data
And ERA II should be stickied, for obvious reasons.

Hi everyone -
Because Cepheus is on indefinite hiatus, Salamandre asked that I step in for a while and provide a moderator presence at this forum. Despite my experience with WoG, I'll be honest and let you know that I don't usually read this forum in its entirety. I will try to start doing that; however if there an urgent issue here that requires my attention, please send me an HCM or post in this thread. I suspect that mostly I will be needed for thread management and don't anticipate much in the way of settling disputes and so forth. But then again you never know.

Thank you. It may be needed once more when the campaigns will be ready. But that could take time so...
As for the name of the thread I like it as it is... It is indeed the third mod I do afterall and v3.1 and v3.2 (although they have a lot of things changed on them) are actually expansions of the original v3.0 one... And anyway, as you might noticed, I also started a thread with all my mods named "Hero of Light mods" which is a more accurate one

Thanks for the suggestion. Being honest, I'm not quite ready to start handing out QPs here yet unless there's a compelling argument by a number of members. Not cuz I don't think the post you suggested isn't worth it, but because I don't really have the lay of the land yet.
