To this day, I can't figure out what people like so much in Frozen. Really, except the technical execution of the animation, what's so special about it?

It was hyped up way too much, i was quite disappointed to be honest, far too much singing for me.

Now replace your standard sword hilt guard with razor-sharp double-edge guard and tell me, how safe would you feel fighting with this kind of "protection"?
After reading around a bit on the wiki Elvin linked I couldn't help to notice that there exists something like a training lightsaber that doesn't dissever limbs. Also apparently the intensity of 'normal' lightsabers can be tuned down, making them not so deadly.
I can see this Sith wanting to use a plasma crossguard able to withstand lightsaber attacks.
BTW, here is a more expert view on the matter

Ugh! I've just found out that Arnold Schwarzenegger is making another Terminator movie. I mean, wtf? I thought the Expandables was self-satirical and it kind of got its name from the fact that now these action heros are almost seventy, they're out of the game. Turns out it had an opposite effect of deluding them into thinking people want to see a cyborg assassin with wrinkles! I wonder what kimd of a lame ass explanation they'll come up this time to try to justify why the Terminator is a senior citizen this time.

He is the terminator only in 1 out of 4 movies. So we don't know what role he will play.

Could just be a nod to the original when they have the original actor playing a supporting role.

Nevermind, hah! But it may just not happen. Hollywood loves to speculate. Nearly-finished films even get dropped occasionally. I'll put it like this: I don't believe it til I see the posters.

That's what I thought first, too. So, I checked imdb, his role is titled the Terminator. And he was a cyborg which does not age in all movies, he just wasnt the bad guy in all of them.
@Adrius
Good link, when I said creativity and greed dont mix well the other day, I was exactly referring to what they are talking about:
"The first two Terminator flicks told a self-contained, fully resolved story. This explains why each subsequent attempt to restart the series has been an unapologetic cash grab greeted largely by fart noises."

This isn't right. Schwarzenegger was a Terminator T-800/850 in the first three movies, and was the digital model for one in the 4th. He may not have been an antagonist in the first and second sequels, but he still played a Terminator cyborg.

What I meant is that he is not the top notch Terminator, but a basic model lacking upgrades. Maybe they will use this to explain why pappy Arnold is back in the movie.

I think the model in T3 was T-850 which is allegedly a fairly upgraded version of T-800, maintaining the visuals. A movie about cyborgs has the advantage of being able come up with all sorts of wild ideas about the qualities of the mechanical part and the AI, no matter how the whole machine looks from the outside. Unfortunately the suspension of disbelief is very difficult when a supposedly unstoppable dreadnought looks tired and somewhat melancholic.

I watched Snowpiercer on the basis of its fantastic rating at Rotten Tomatoes, but sadly found it too stupidly implausible to take seriously. The actors give it their best, yet the basic premise made absolutely no sense whatsoever. Maybe I'm just jaded on the post-apocalyptic dystopia narrative, which has been done to death.

Had similar feelings towards the Maze Runner, mediocre survivor island movie, which feels like a computer game rather than a story with a plot.

Even though it would seem they just have started to get REALLY rolling, so expect the percentage of those yet increasing over the next years.

It was a major disappointment for me as well. I expected far better from Joon-ho Bong who directed Memories of Murder, which I consider to be one of the best crime thrillers ever made (and I'm not exaggerating).

Never heard of a film called Memories of Murder before, decided to check the imdb comments and here's the first one I ran into:
Being a movie buff and a director in the making, I watched this film (with English subtitles, Korean not being my mother tongue), I was completely blown away by this piece of cinematic excellence. There is not a single thing about this film that I can think of in a negative connotation. I wouldn't want to give away anything about this masterpiece. All I would like to say is that this is a film not to be missed. If I want any of my movies to be globally renowned one day, I hope it resembles "memories of murder" in any form whatsoever.
This film simply belongs in the top 10 of the greatest movies ever made. 10/10.
That sure got my expectations high, gonna check it out tomorrow.
