This is like warhammer challenges? If the hero doesn't accept it he hides on the unit (or the unit has negative moral in our case).

Btw - are the Sanctuary's heroes capable of waling on/trough water? There is something like that in the screenshots.

Just a provoking question, that resonates in my mind: Why don't the orc heroes have a model like Kraal (+ helmet)? That would make much more sense...
And... do the Sanctuary heroes have a model like Irina, or like Yume and Akasha? I fear, the former is the answer :-/

Sorry for (almost) double post, but isn't Akasha a little bit odd? Looks so necromantic... and what is the greenish naga structure on this screenshot? Is it just being converted, or can we expect some undead-naga mutants?

I think it's a naga town being converted into necropolis.
