I really hope the town window is a placeholder. It can't look that bad. I guess we'll find out for sure in 2 weeks.

So... I have a minor question...
Why is there so much emphasis on the one figurine (Michael), and seemingly no development on other potential figurines like, say, Anastasia?
Michael looks great, but I would like to see a bit more diversity

coz it takes time to make those, figurine isnt that important to them they just use it to fill up the "lack of news era"

Yeah. Michael is not the problem. The problem is that they give it to us like lead news.

Seems like there's a gap in the PR plan and that's just something to show instead of silence. Shame, I'd rather have a random screenshot or something than a figurine I have less than zero interest in. That's just me though, somebody over there really loves that thing.

i hope there will be an OPTION TO KILL Michael in the game!!!
i hate his sorry a** already!
i want to see elementals and OTHER bosses artwork ( is he a boss or what the hell is he?) and of course the long overdue FULL sanctury update...
also, would be nice to see an OFFICIAL update on the town window issue, but now i'm just dreaming... they won't reveal anything till 3 days b4 the game release IMO...
oh, and i wanted to grunt and grawl about something:
i came to a conclusion, that THE SPRING SPIRIT IS A MELTING SNOW MAIDEN!!!!! they are so so so much alike...same color scheme, same overall design, same gender, same same same! aahh!

Some interesting new screenshots posted on Artwork thread. Now the Deck likes to analyze them so here goes:
1. They have kept the Hero screen (same as Igromir video)
2. On hero screen, you have 13 artifact slots (10 extra slots for carrying excess) which is more than Heroes V (10 slots). Kinda goes with the increase they said would be for Heroes VI (150 artifacts).
3. They have kept the Town window the same showing us the different levels. Towns have now 4 levels (core creatures on level 1, Elite on level 2, Champion on level 3, and level 4 reserved for special stuff among other buildings on all levels)
4. Spellbook consists of warcries (fist) and spells (mana) together. Notice on Igromir video Svetlana had over 600 mana and it was assumed that there would be a wider cost range for spells but this was only because she was level 30 (max) and magic hero. Duke Slava at level 6 has mana 80 and the fire bolt spell is 5 mana to cast so seems in line with Heroes V.
5. Kingdom overview: seems flexible to show you what stats you want to see!

For the record the screens were taken from a pre-alpha version of the game back in Budapest. I do not know what changes have taken place since then but I am fairly certain that the interface has been improved.

Who says Elites are on level 2 ? The screenshot only shows the Basic dwellings, the city hall, the marketplace, the hall of heroes and fortifications.
Lepastur said there were no elite creature in the prologue and most buildings in the tree are missing, so he has no clue how the full window pans out.
You can merely be deducting that the elites might be on level 2, but you can't say they are for sure.
