Behemoth - Unicorn
Cyclops - Titan
Griffin - Phoenix
Hydra - Minotaur
Cyclops rocked in H2, H4 and H5, but Titan kicks ass in all these parts, inluding H3. He is frequently used as a boss / beatsick in all singleplayer maps.

The 1/4-finals are over! Here are the results (the vote of Lord_Immortal was unfortunately not counted, because the pairs were not in a proper order and he has voted for both creatures in one of them):
Behemoth - Unicorn 8:8
Cyclops - Titan 4:11
Griffin - Phoenix 5:11
Hydra - Minotaur 10:6
In the Behemoth - Unicorn battle, both creatures received THE SAME number of votes! That means that both of them will qualify for the next round and will have to face each other once again.
Creatures eliminated in this round
Cyclops, Griffin, Minotaur.
Creatures that continue the battle
Behemoth, Unicorn, Titan, Phoenix, Hydra.

Definitely Phoenix for the first three!!! I can't even understand a big ugly just-power monster made it into the semifinals^^ And unicorn is okay at best...
For the other two...hard to choose...Hydra (but H3-style)

Unicorn is just NO! This isnt a litle girl fairy tale!
Phoenix is great (and I mean great!) but cant surpass the awsomeness of the behemoth!
Titan is just 'nice' compared to the hydra that still reminds of my sweet lizardman!
So:
Behemoth and Hydra!
PS: I also hate the Titan for turning the basilisk in to a loser.
