So, is there any word if they are trying to put town screens like we want in the real game or are we just crying here for vain?

The camera tilt makes it feel like flash animation. Flash animations are mostly free thing though, not a part of 50€ game.
Seriously, 5 still pictures of 5 towns we got is all it takes. 5 pictures!!. The fact that even Heroes 1 town screens can easily compete with H6 ones is indeed disturbing.
While i think H6 indeed has lot of potential on many fronts, town screens do seem like lost cause ATM.

But people have been saying "lets wait a bit and see if the town screens improve" for ages and they still look horrible
UbiHole wont change them if people just say "lets wait" all the time instead of actually trying to "complain" about it
already marzhin etc has said that they intend to keep the town windows

It's just that they are so bad that people can't imagine they'll stay like this. Well guess what, they've been like this for 9 months now, all along being a work in progress.

I bet there will be a super secret easter egg in the game,
where you need to recruit wolves into your army in order to enable proper town screens.

In my opinion the screens in the beta are placeholders for sure...leaving the design aside, the quality of the picture is on the poor side. And they said that the town screen will change when you build things in the castle...well I'm not sure if this is not a spoiler so I'll say it this way - almost nothing changes when you build...

xerox,we all have complained as much as we could until now and i m sure that ubi heard about it until now.let s wait for the public beta to see the townscreens and then we ll now what to do:complain more their door of thank them for changing those abominations called townscreen.let s hope that they won t behave like some f*****g ignorant pricks

That's bad news In the worst case scenario they have to put an option to disable the screens completely. If they are small, ugly, non-interactive, don't bring any feel of the faction you're playing with and on top of that they don't reflect the development of your town - they are completely useless and should be removed/disabled.

The developers will go with the good old corporation response when people start to complain about it in the real beta.

well what can i say..
st least people who were saying that "new is ALWAYS for better" and "stop moaning" can be happy now with the CRAPPY TOWN-SHAME-WINDOW!!!!
as for dev's no one bothers EVEN to reply ..!! you are making a good stand alone game, but don't even dare to call it sequel..!

You can be credibly infuriated about the poor town screens, but please don't be too enraged that the devs don't reply on the forum. It's not up to their discretion to make a public statement about things like this.

I do understand that you personally are doing whatever possible to fix the town-screen issue, and i really Thank You for that..
It just furstrates me that there was no decent explanation from Dev's (i do not concider 1 second delay a decent reason).. and it has been ages since fans expressed their opinion about Town-Windows.. and it just seem that Dev's stand on position "we know better" or "this is not really important", which is NOT TRUE!
with all respect i do believe that true fans of the series May know better about some aspects of the HoMM series..
Anyways i still do have a hope, but it's less and less as the time passes..

You unlock the wolves at level 50 by pressing the tab button and typing "nwcfriendshipismagic".
This will make a Black Dragon called 'Titan' appear randomly on the map.
Once the boss monster has been defeated, a treasure chest will appear,
revealing the location of another, hidden treasure chest, containing the fabled 3 Pink Wolves of Rainbow Land.
Losing the wolves will make you automatically lose the game.
The cheat cannot be typed twice or the game will crash.
