Someone fix the "Sephiel's Voice" ability asap. (Hearthending Song level 3). It heals 10 damage in a 3X3 area now, and that is absolutely pathetic.

In Anastasia's third mission I was fighting on an Arena filled with cyclops. I won the battle with some losses, I got the bonus +2 to attack, but after the battle I had exactly the same ammount of units, and the cyplops were still in the Arena. It was signed as visited though.

* This is normal.
When you visit an Arena, it notifies you:
This fight is a test fight. All units lost are returned to you after the fight.
* You can visit the Arena with another hero too.

Oh my... Really? Sorry for bothering you then. I didn't look at the notification...

But I have also found a real bug today, I think it was not mentioned before. When you load a map you get the information "Press any key...". I pressed the "down" key. When the map loaded the screen started to go down. Similar effect after pressing "left" or "up". To my knowledge it can olny be stopped by reloading the map with pressing the opposite key (which seems not to work every time) or by relaunching the whole game.

Summoned large creatures (earth, air) only deal 1 structural damage to inferno gate (gating ability).

They do 2 damage to walls/towers

Are you in 1.2? It was a problem in 1.1.

That said, when it says press any key, I find only space works. Enter or Mouse click does not work.

Yes, I'm in 1.2. Every key works, mouse click also, only after pressing one of the arrows the screen goes crazy.

Here my list of bugs and issues so far. This thread is quite long so I really hope someone looks into these reports. When I find more I will update.


Battle - sometimes (mostly on when defending) cursor goes crazy and turns from hand to arrow to whatever like crazy. (Seems to go away at end of fight, but reappears in 30-40 fights)

Battle - Sanctuary - Hero - His attack animation on enemy unit is missing.
Battle - Inferno hero luck and morale animations hidden behind its huge flag.
Battle - Gauges are active and clickable on enemies turn (they do nothing though, but it is very confusing).

Battle - When you do extra damage on gate because of ability, the predicted damage is incorrect (does not take ability into account).
Battle - When a wall or door are destroyed there is no obstacle to protect enemy shooters. They are still protected though. (If I have a straight line with no obstacles I expect enemy creatures not to be protected by them)
Battle - Week of hope - Castle walls receive +luck and moral at beginning of battle. That's Dumb
Battle - Creature numbers on ATB sometimes do not match reality on battlefield (1 fight out of 100).

Battle - Coral Priestess - When she had to turn to face enemies projectile goes first then after 1-2 secs attack animation.
Battle - Praetorians give "buff" to enemies also. (Only the green arrow appears and it seems to do nothing else.)
Battle - Ice Bolt (Water elemental) remains on the ground after unit moves. (When unit completes its actions it disappears, confusing)
Battle - Maniacs attack with luck is bugged. It does many times less damage than minimal.
Battle - kappa moving sound out of synk and I think one too many.

Battle - When a unit defends, the value displayed on hex grid with the value displayed on creature info do not match!
Battle - Sanctuary catapult reloading animation is awkward
Battle - Inner Eye - Description says it gives +8 but on creature info it was +9



Map - When you get a quest reward, you see what artifacts you got and then a window with the quest rewards. Should be the other way around.
Map - Some shrines have no animation when you visit them, except for the green up arrow. (Ex/ Shrine of Water Elemental)
Map - Hero movement points not listed in hero summary screen. Although for creatures are listed. (Simplifies game)
Map - Hero movement path disappears sometimes.
Map - There are no numbers on hero path to know when you reach destinations

Interface - Battle animations cannot be sped up due to HORRIBLE! sound speeding also
Interface - Convert building animation cannot be skipped by default from options. Very annoying!!
Interface - Intro movie is played every single time and is not shippable by mouse.
Interface - In battle when defending, key bindings are not working.
Interface - Kingdom overview is an unfinished joke. Should give you more detailed information about your creature income for example.
Interface - There are no town details! Like how much gold it produces how many creatures and why so many and town bonuses as overview.
Interface - When you are in town screen mode minimap is faintly visible. It should be 100% visible so you can have a clue in what town you are when you are switching between 5,10+ castles.
Interface - There is a move ****on quite handy, but there are no next hero ****ons near by to help.
Interface - My first hero is glowing yellow like it would be selected but in fact a secondary hero is active. Very confusing.

Campaign - After 3-4 months of play some AI's do not build even the basic structures in their castles.

Campaign - Inferno mission 1 - Just above your second castle the Cerberi fight is in the air. (Some terrain pillars cause the elevation)
Campaign - Inferno 1'st mission. The first adversary has a portal in front of castle. The Ai Uses it to port away then stays there doing nothing.

Campaign - When fighting as Azkaal if you had spell shortcuts on the right side, they remain there like active (not usable tough)
Campaign - When fighting as Azkaal I had a cerberus unit on map not clickable, not doing nothing, and not counting as obstacle either.

I'm in the 3rd map of Necromancer campaign. An Infernal enemy hero uses Abyssal Worm on my stack of ghouls, but while the game said I can kill the worm to free my stack, I couldn't target it with anything.

I used puppet master on the last Inferno stack and watch my ghouls getting digested every turn, while I can't do anything at all. Frustrating and infuriating.

Does anyone else think that Stronghold is way overpowered? Just like they were in M&M5 TOE? I don't know if anyone has posted this but its so annoying and its so bad that I won't even play with them as an AI anymore.

Meditation

About that meditation ability:

Yes, it gives me 15% of mana max, yes it pretends to give me additional 20 MagicPower.

BUT this magic power is not reflected in damage of my magic units at all!!
Tooltips of creatures show the same damage range, same damage range is
shown in tooltips when targeting some creatures at combat and indeed the same damage as if I was not +20 is done!

Meditation only increases power of my hero magic attack and spells.
But thats all.

I have not read, that it should be so.

Do you have the same experience?

Did you try bashing it from close range? You can't kill the Worm from distance, only using melee attacks.

By the way, this thread should be named Patch 1.2.1 bug reports, the version is 1.2.1 currently and not 1.2.

Some more BUGS:
* Visit an Artifact Merchant on the map with a hero, then click the portrait of another hero. Now buy something from the Merchant ---> goes to 2nd hero!
That 2nd other hero is a long distance from the Merchant, he should not be able to get the artifacts/scrolls/etc.

* Special offers in Advanced Marketplaces are gone on save/load and only appear when the week ends and a new week starts. They should stay for the towns not used on after a save/load.

Some MAP bugs:
Inferno map 2:
* There is a Dragon Well that can't be visited in the bottom (south) part of the map. It is placed on the map in such a way that you can't make your hero enter it, because the hero can only enter from below, but the Well is only accessible from above.
* Some gold (400 gold) is placed in such a way that you can't take it. It is in a bush near the road, near the middle of the map.

Air elemental damage is displaid wrong. It constantly says it is 13-13 (the attack value of the Air elemental)

But killing the Hai Ryou does, I guess we'll know from the upcoming patches whether the intention was that you get the achievement by killing either of them.
