This is REALLY good so far. Much better than the first semi imo. I even ENJOYED Georgia and Turkey although they are kind of disastrous

Newsflash: metal is terrible. Slovakia was amazing because Max Jason Mai is a hilarious trainwreck (being a vegetarian because he hates the prospect of being turned into a handbag <3)

Lithuania performed last. I didn't expect it to qualify either, but it was extremely lucky in the draw I guess. The abhorrent qualifier of the night is MALTA though, which is tryhardish, whitebread and worthless.

This semi was a lot better than the last one.
Loreen is so great!!
The result was beside the nice forgettable ballads and Turkey (not nice) not what I expected. The Macedonian schlager pop metal rock ballad hybrid is wierd but still catchy, fun that people heard that.
Norway, Malta, Ukraine nor especially Lithuania however is IMHO too much standard recipe, repetitiveness, shouting and/or geekyness.
It would be nice if Slovakia had qualified, a real rock song is missing. The Turkish lyrics "I need a bit of rock n roll" is ironic since they usually send a rock band. Hopefully they do that next year again.
I can't decide if Georgia or Austria is the worst entry of the year.
More statistics: 10 of the 26 finalists are made by swedes
