NOBODY complained three years ago. In fact, a lot of people were happy that he finally got a penalty.
Three years after, outside the context of that situation, it's just a stupid "online riot" attempt.
Forfy makes a whine thread every time something happens, this time you genuinely fell for it, all of you

It's not like I got away with everything I did though. I did receive a number of penaltis that were justified and deserved. This is a completly different issue were you dash out a penalty that can not in any way be justified with the CoC. But the big deal is what it has escalated too - namely mods acting like douches and activly censoring and prohibiting important discussion.

This. Also read the thread again and see that a lot of people thoughttt the penalty was wrong and now in retrospect, even more people. Considering my social degration those days, I could not have raised that issue back then.

But that's not against the rules and I have no memory of people being offended by it. Rather, the opposite. People generally thought the mum jokes and my interaction with Blizzardboy there were funny.

I have entirely different memories of that chapter in your HC history. Too bad many people who I talked about it back then are no longer here to express it.
I guess only Elvin can confirm it that your "mum's" posts weren't actually in good taste, since I don't recall many posters from those times being still active. But yeah, he's a mod, so that means he's a corrupted tyrant who cannot be trusted in his word

Yeah. You will never get everybody to like what write. But as long as no rules are breached and no powers are being abused, that's not a problem.
I had a very long discussion with Elvin on HCM before I made this public, and atleast in those messages he showed a deal of sympathy.

Nobody ever did, AFAIK. Atleast I don't recall getting messages about it. And it is still not against the rules to make a mum joke. Are we going to start penalizing Elodin too because a lot of people aren't sharing his opinions?
But now the vagina thing is completly irrelevant. I NEVER got a warning or penaltty for those posts. I could screenshot Elvins messages to you, since they were fairly recent, but I don't think it is appreciated that you "leak" private messages.

It's quite hard thing to discuss since I've never seen your mum's vagina, meaning we'd have to take you at your word.
And I find it a sign of maturity when one is comfortable with their parents' sexual organs. Not saying that everyone should embark on a quest to get a good look at 'em, but it's nothing to be shunned.

In retrospect I totally agree that in that 3 year old thread I was way off and totally misunderstood the point that Xerox was apparently trying to make.
I was annoyed as **** about Xerox talking about his book everywhere so I figured that one was just another in the line. In fact I fricking hated Xerox in general back then.
I was part of Flame-Xerox-Squad.
We had t-shirts with logos.
...
Still it's been pointed out over and over that it wasn't THAT post specifically that got a penalty. It was an overall penalty.
3 years ago, 90% of all the proof is gone, no one can tell if it was justified or not.
The issue at hand are the moderator's actions in the present.

He told me he didn't believe it was a troll post and that he wouldn't have made a penalty in that situation but that it was a "gray area", and that he wouldn't judge Angelito for doing it. I didn't agree about that last part and then we talked a little bit about social degration and that was all.

I already got penalized in the cases where I actually broke the CoC.
It says no where in the CoC that you can get a penalty for "overall spamming" and even then, that post wasn't spam. 90% of my "spam" was in the actual spam forum. Feel free to look through my posts back then in threads that weren't in the wastelands.

Stupid is your personal opinion, and not necessarily one that we all share, and not necessarily, but as I recall it was all in good taste, and there was banter going on about Xerox's mother at the time. Also Xerox is that with or without Kosovo?

No. It is still not resolved and explained, and the main debate isn't even about the penalty if you haven't noticed.
To sum up, there is still an active discussion about all these issues. Killing the discussion would be like closing the Presidental Election thread a year before the actual election.

My mess? I did in no way cause this, the behaviour and reasoning of the mods did. You can't just call it a mess because a great deal of the community thinks that all of this is unacceptable and needs to be discussed. Was that "Should we attack Iraq" thread that reached thousands of pages also just a mess? This is a discussion too.

@Xerox: I can honestly say that I don't remember half of it really.
Consider though, that if a post was off-topic and considered trolling/spam/whatever, wouldn't it be deleted as per proper mod action? They don't have to sanction such posts as proof for people to talk about 3 years later.
If you did commit evil and atrocities and **** it was most likely deleted.
Which again brings us back to the fact that no one can fricking know cuz it was 3 flipping years ago. All we have are memories.
