There's nothing "wrong" with it per se, I just think it doesn't resemble the character. Personal opinion.
But maybe I was to harsh, probably needed to be more precise and simply say "dislike some of the art".
For example the newly revealed Hunter Epics or the Druid "choose one" have nice arts...

It seems that Blizzard never learns. They talk about class identity, balance, and then create cards like this:

All of those cards fit the class identities pretty well, I think.
As for balance... some of them are definitely stronger then others, some may even be very powerful, but in the end we'll see how they meta looks like and what works with it.

Especially Hunter or Warrior which class limitations are quote "Card draw and generation"  Well, they did say some of these type of cards my show though.
Oh well...
By balance I mean cards that have a "let's go wild!" feel to them. Ofc Meta will define itself, but some of these cards already seem like nerf candidates, especially in Wild. That's just the vibe they're giving off to me...
In Standard some of these cards might also work: take Cloud Prince: turn 2 play Secret (with coin or even from Magic Trick), turn 3 with Elemental Evocation = 4/4 minion + Fireball You can use Splitting Image if we're talking Standard Secrets. They will probably also add another one in the expansion to support this archetype...
PS: Let's see, Splitting Axe. Summon copies of your Totems: in Wild that means a board of Totem Golems

Dude that is a THREE card combo that also requires you to have a coin And the Secret not procking next turn. Not saying it isn't strong when the stars align, but with such insane limitations it has to be.
I totally prefer a strong expansion than a one where everyone cries "dust-xpansion" 
Hunters pack seems pretty good from value perspective... But you lose tempo and you can totally get some crap so ;P But such a deck only prays on Warrior methinks, and Priest of course but that class has been dead for a while. I prefer this to face hunter for sure ;P

Well, yeah that is a dream combo, but like I said it "might work" in Standard. Wild on the other hand... Secret Mage is one of the strongest decks I've consecutively played in Wild for a long time, and this just makes it even stronger. Not to mention that cheap anti aggro boardclear with body.
This one will be "nerf-xpansion"

Another gimmicky card. What's new?
PS: If Blizzard is so keen on adding cards for Wild I wonder what they plan to do with the disgusting plague of Resurrect Priests that runs rampant in it... for me this mode is almost unplayable atm.

Oh, I am so happy that Hearthpwn is alive. I check that site daily!
Though they have been very slow, because of the shutdown. I have actually been using Icyvein a lot. Especially on Twitter.
This week have had quite the meme-cards. Those cultist,, geeze, great artwork, but sooooo meme!

PS: Star Aligner finally viable with Amet?
PS 2: There's a high chance Tekahn will also be a Legendary, I'm calling Warlock (Well, he was a playable hero in Dalaran Heist). There's even and art teaser in the reveal schedule which is pretty similar to his depiction:

Let's do it. Let's talk legendaries so far.
Druid:
Quest = Boring concept. Might be an OK effect. Maybe not even worth it?
Elise = Has some real potential here, but underwhelming compared to her two last appearences.
Artwork = Decent
Hunter:
Bran = Bran is cool. But that have no duplicates for hunter is tough..
Artwork = Dino rider.. I love it.
Mage:
Quest = don't care. Useless imo.
Reno = Not bad, and the concept is kinda cool - A magic machine gun.. but maybe just an underwhelming legendary
Artwork = I like it. I think Reno is cool.
Paladin:
Quest = Great.Powerful effect. But we need more reborn cards!
Sir. Finley = Boring. Feels way too much like a reprint. I know it is upgrade, but combined with the no dublicates. Boring.
Artwork = Cartoonish and good.
Priest:
Amet = Yes, now we are talking. People are realling buzzing about this. Combos! Zoo! It is a cool legendary.
Artwork = I love these .. I have forgotten their name, but the species is cool.
Rogue:
Anka = I love playing deathrattle rogue, but not sure about this yet.
Artwork = It is a really cool looking mummy.
Shaman:
Quest = Nope. I am sick of battlecry shaman Shudder ruined it for me.
Artwork = nope.. dont like it
Warlock:
Quest = boring. Don't care. Bad imo
Tekahn = Imba.
Arkwork = On point!
Warrior:
Quest = Horrible.
Armagedillo = Fun, but it is a epic card. It has no legendary feeling about it.
Artwok = Worst of the legendaries
Neutral:
Collosus of the moon = I like it. Simple.
I feel like it has been a slow legendary reveal, but they are getting to the good stuff now! Warlock and priest are off to a good start and I sense an overwhelming amount of Priest decks..

Yeah Quests are meh, LoE Legendaries are meh.
But Amet and Tekhan are cool, I dig the Tolv'ir/Ramakhen race and so far they are the highlight of SoU for me. I guess Warlock will be really strong this expansion: a board clear for 1 mana (you need to sacrifice minions, but Rafaams scheme is enough to do that) or more Lackey support (and to know how strong Lackeys are in Warlock you don't need to look further then EVIL Genius). I also think Diseased Vulture is a strong card, it's not hard to utilize "self-hurt" in Warlock.
I also like Taunt Warrior and it's getting some support.
EDIT: Ah yes, this one might be troublesome, more Taunt Warrior support.

Ok so far must crafts for me:
- Tekahn -> he might be too slow, but I belive in the power of Lackeys and he boosts them significantly. The question is if there is a place for a slower, more midrangy Warlock deck in the meta.
- Siamat -> the Zilliax of the set. Safe craft, will be played in many decks just because of it's flexibility. And it's an Elemental, so this tribe gets a huge boost and turn 7 play.
As such there are a few cards I might craft to support the decks I'm interested in: mainly Lackey Warlock and Taunt Warrior (which gets a big boost with some of the minions out there, for instance Tomb Warden or Khartut Defender).
I hate Priest but the rule is if you can't beat them, join them. Amet and Priest Quest will be powerful so I might craft them. Amet very likely cus I like Tol'vir. It might also be the case with Phaoris.

Ok, let's see:
- Sinister Deal -> will make Lackey Warlock even more possible
- Temple Berserker -> I think we will see a lot of this card in aggresive decks
- Neferset Thrasher -> this might actually be a good tempo card
- Zephrys -> waaa?
- Unseal the Vault -> looks like s*it but who knows?
- Octosari -> I think people are underestimating this card. An 8/8 refill you hand might be good
- Vessina -> imo very strong. Hard to remove, and it's so easy to trigger her ability, take Zap! for instance
- Sandstorm Elemental -> will be staple in Shaman, I'm calling it
- Quicksand Elemental -> I got a feeling this will be played a lot
- Phalanx Commander -> another buff for Taunt decks
- Dwarven Archeologist -> good statline and a boost to the best keyword in the game? Count me in
- Naga Sand Witch -> they don't learn, do they?
- Hyena Alpha -> this is actually strong. Conditional, but 7/7 in three bodies for 4 without any downsides? Will be staple in Hunter, mark my words!
EDIT: So let me get this straight. We are only getting one new lackey?

Yeah, I was bummed about that too. We get a lot more lackey generation and synergy, but only one more lackey.
