And with the Shaman card reveals I'm actually starting to be really hyped about WotoG cause those are insta inclues, I don't even need to think of decks I will use them in

Amen ! Those two newly revealed shaman cards are so great in every way. I might have to learn how to play shaman now

It appears Blizzard confirmed on Twitter that the 'Evolution Master' transformation triggers two times with Brann...
It might've been a good call that I didn't dust that second Crowd Favorite (had a hunch), cause Battlecry Shaman might really be a thing in WotoG...
With the 'Thing from Below' Brann will be kept safe

No, this card will be great in ANY possible Shaman deck. I just thought of Battlecry Shaman because it's a really fun deck to play, but unfortunately it's underwhelming when facing more optimized decks. But cards like MoE might be that sth it was missing. Hmm on the other hand Blizzard might actually be thinking of Battlecry Shaman cause they released sth like Rumbling Elemental before for a reason...
PS: What I'm most interested in is how MoE will work with The Mistcaller. On one hand if Mist survives he will be changed into a 7 drop so great value, but on the other hand all the cards boosted from the moment he is played might loose value when transformed (cause they're already +1/+1). Well at least MoE will "heal" them...

Would be nice to see The Mistcaller become a part of shaman decks. I like him or more just the idea of him.  But if MoE will be the card that changes this is most unlikely.
But the whole battlecry shaman debate is interesting, because I thought it would have been a part of LoE, but it never really came. Mostly because Overload is still the biggest part of Shaman decks and the mix of battlecry and overload is impossible imo ..
Oh well! The new shaman approach looks cool and cannot wait to see what the meta brings.

Like you say, every new card released so far points rather to the Control direction for Shaman (well, actually so far whole WotoG screams "Control"...).
I mean, all the tools are in place. The new Legedary that can heal you when you make a board clear. A really cheap taunt in the form of Thing from Below. Add Healing Wave which was not as popular as it was intitially thought to be (this might change with WotoG). You can then use either spell burst (with Malygos?) or Al'Akir+Rockbiter as a finisher. Or maybe the Old Gods Legendaries will create some Shaman decks based around them? Hmm, maybe that or mid-range Shaman, who knows? Whatever will it be I'm starting to get hyped...

I am also starting to get a little more hyped, but mostly because they are taking a few of the classes in different directions fx Shaman.
I am lookinng forward to seeing what they are bringing to Warlock. Not much have been shown yet for that class. And of course my darling Hunter needs some more love, not that I hate the two cards revealed, I just want more.

Yeah, I'm also interested in other classes. Mostly class Legendaries, but also which direction they will take them. So far Warlock has seen some really weak cards for instance: "Doom!" seems really out of place, and the class changing one is simply bull. Of course it's too early to draw conclusions, but I wonder why there's a tendency that some classes get a huge boost while others seem uninspired in various expansions. Sometimes it's a real hit n' miss... Blizzard has to pull their s*it together
Shamans example has shown that even with just a few cards, a class might be taken to a whole new level (at least in theory for now...)
EDIT: It appears that WotoG will debut on 26TH OF APRIL. Can't wait

I was wondering if they were making each class more controlling to fit the theme. The Old gods are known for controlling and manipulating other beings ?
The 26th april will be a good day. Atm I have 1600g and 1200+golden legendary in dust just waiting to be spent

I only started saving gold but at least I have dust for two Legendaries plus a few bonuses. Wonder what I'll craft (this time I must be more patient cause last time first I crafted Varian who's fun to play but not that useful). A good bet would be N'Zoth I think cause he can have whole decks build around him
Btw a new Warrior card was revealed. Basically it's what Sea Reaver was supposed to be I think. What I don't like about this card is that it shows Blizzard is still pushing for Patron Warrior. I know it's not the only reason for this design (basiacally aside from activator it's also an anti-aggro card), but I really dislike Patron Warriors even in their non-Warsong form. I don't like playing them and I hate facing them (this and Freeze Mage are the type of decks which sometimes give you the feeling that whatever you do you can't win against them), so...
EDIT: F*ck this game! Guy wants to play for fun, and all I ever face today are OTK Combo Druids, Freeze Mages, Patron Warriors or even Worgen Warriors! What's the fun in playing a game when you know your opponent one-shots you at the end whatever you do... Netdecks, netdecks, NETDECKS! I don't remember this game being so toxic as it is nowadays! There was at least some creativity not so long ago...

Not only did they reveal a new warrior card, but have you seen the shaman one?! No overload, but just a good weapon
And yeah patron warrior is still a thing.. hate that deck, but dont think it is that undefeatable as it used to be.
EDIT: Oh and I voted for the hunter card reveal.. I am a hunter type.. sorry.

Yeah the new Weapon is another cool Shaman card. Not only is 4 dmg probably the most optimal atk for a weapon cause Truesilver/Deathsbite are two best weapons in the game, but also this weapon sports a cool mechanic: a deathrattle that summons a minion. This is ridiciulos value and if the weapon didn't cost 5 mana it would be the best in the game I think (it's still very good though). At 5 mana it rivals Doomhammer which has more drawbacks yet gives a better burst with Rockbiter, but who says you can't run both of them? Having both of them in hand you can pick which suits the current situation better.
Twilights Hammer wins over Truesilver/Deathsbite because you can't misuse it's additional ability, for instance you can "overheal" yourself with T or kill off your own minions with D, whereas a body on board will always come in handy... yet it's still not overpowered cause the Elemental can be easily removed. So another great design, they've put a lot of thought into Shamans revealed cards so far...
PS: New Druid card also looks good and versatile, although the mana option will probably be the prefered choice...

And you are very true about the misuse of Truesilver and Death's bite. I had not thought about that. And yes you get a "weak" minion, but still an annoying aspect as the opponent against the shaman..

I think Blizzard is getting a little bit carried away here. This is not "designing" a card. This is "making" a card for fun
(This can get quite hilarious in a Aviana+Faceless deck )

Well, there are ways to use him (Aviana, Astral Communion, Naga Sea Witch etc), but Priest will have hell of a troll time with it...
PS: Interesting bit about Volajz (Priest Legendary) was confirmed by Blizz: as I suspected N'Zoth effect will bring back minions copied by Volajz with full stats. This screams OP. Hmm I like him, maybe he will be the first Priest Legendary in my collection? I'll craft him with N'Zoth cause so far Deathrattle Priest looks like the most interesting concept in WotoG...

Have you seen the new Warrior card? I like it, but people keeps screaming patron warrior, but I see so many other uses .. it is a good card

Seen it. Screams OP like a boss Patrons my be cancerous but I think they won't have enough activators to make it work. But Control Warrior might really profit from this card (double Alexstraszas, Garroshesh etc). Scary!
