It was a handball...it looks like with no intention, but it also can be looked as he left his arm behind so it could intercept the ball...hard call for the ref

But isn't it more like this:
If contact with hand, penalty if:
Hand is in unnatural position when ball hits.
Hand moves towards the ball.
Heck I remember back when Copenhagen almost got through Hamburg SV.. or was it Glasgow Rangers.. nevermind, anyway, then the ball is shot into the penalty area in the last moments of the game where it hits a players hand, but he's his hands tucked up along his body in a position where if he had pockets his hands would have been in his pockets (or even lower down than that, depending on the type of pants). Anyway a penalty was awarded and Copenhagen was eliminated. It was a controversy because it was unclear how the player could have avoided the ball hitting his hands, his hands were not in an unnatural position and did not move towards the ball. Later on it was decided because the player was spinning a little in the air, it was an O.K. call.
Nothing to do with intentions.
Of course one can say he could just lift his hands high over his head when the ball was about to hit him on his thigh

Don't know why I'm watching this game since I don't really care for either of them. But it's an extremely important game so that makes it fun.
First goal was so pretty, very nicely done.
And after watching the first half I have found out that I am actually cheering for Chile. What do you know.

Bringing out-of-shape players was such a great decission.
Bringing Torres and Villa while leaving Llorente at home was such a great decission.
Leaving Carvajal at home was such a great decission.
Playing with the same bleeding style that we've been using for the last 4 years and it has been destroyed in the recent past so many times (Confederations Cup, Bayern 7-0 Barça, Barça this year...).
Oh well
