FLANKING - Creatures take additional damage from the sides and back. initially units attacked from the back would not relate, but now they just limit it to additional damage.
Apprendites are Elite!! pierce attack or AoE spells if I've heard correctly

Yeah, Apprentices have piercing shots, and their upgrade can use an alternate AoE attack.

Magic Guilds - each level has at least one spell from their favourite/main Spell School. Academy has more spells through a building. Random spells ofc. And something about specializations I didn't hear correctly.
