About second town screen vote:

Why not Twilight? So we'll have view of moon and sun at the same time. It will be beautiful. Light of the tree will start to glow (such as moon faintly visible in the sky) and we will still see sun running away. Majestic reflections on the water on one side would be more dark, as the closer the night and brighter ones on the other side, where the sun is closer. BOTH IN ONE. Harmony of night and day.

Uhm, why not both?

We had changeable terrain in H4, maybe it's time for changeable time of day in townscreen? And how would they implement it? Either random, or maybe like on Nintendo DS: based on your PC's system clock...

Nevertheless, seems like "Harmony" will win (my vote), which is good, cause we never had night-time Sylvan before...

How about we make the sylvan town-screen just black-screen(saying it's night)? This way everybody can imagine how the town looks like when we build stuff using UI. It's not like anybody looks at the screens as devs basically said during the demo

Someone proposed Armageddon. This is certainly the best idea possible. We would be able to see structure of roots of this huge tree since all water will evaporate. Trunk would shine in beautiful reds and yellow, due to whole surrounding burning. Since it will be bright, Sun Deers will finally be able to come out and jump around dry bottom of the lake. Besides, the feeling of constant uncertainty whether you survive or not would add additional meaning to the last part of its theme, which would therefore become imploring for survival.

I voted dawn, but night it seems to be. I think both can work. Night sort of reminds me of the Avatar movie, which really wowed me with its visual effects.

Even though you are sarcastic, devs are not quite correct/speaking the truth... In H3/H4 town screens were incredibly important because you could not access certain buildings from the UI (you had to know where to go to get access to them). Therefore, you spent a great amount of time just in the various towns buying stuff up, accessing blacksmiths, mage guilds, prisons (H4) and treasuries (H4) and the like. The game evolved, undoubtedly, but I suspect with the mindset of satisfying oldtimers they try to cater to us as much as possible.

Woah, there were buildings you couldn't easily access in H3? I dunno about H4, but H3, I'm pretty sure it was easy access. Could you give me an example? My only guess is the Shipyard.

You could click on the building itself but there was no specific UI button for entering the shipyard aka the button-wheel in H5. Therefore, you had to click on the building on the screen to access it.

Ah, okay, so I was right about the Shipyard. I guess I got used to H5's wheel that I kinda forgot about the UI for H3. I guess one thing is that for H3, you could always take a peak at the City Hall building and see a picture of the buildings, and some surroundings. H5, rotating and all that, made it harder to find and click, since it would just rotate and you couldn't see everything. So the click-able UI wheel was made.

I agree with you here, the screens should look good and work well. I was just surprised, from my memory, that H3 wasn't as easily navigable.

Anatomically, from the art and animations revealed, the broad shoulders and imposing stature suggest male bodies. But considering they're hybrids, the proportions could well fit females too.

He used the word again because he assumed that Heroes 5 Angels were gender neutral. Doesn't change the fact he asked about Celestial/Seraphs in the first place. And yea what Avonu said is on the matter, as in trying to demonstrate that H5 Angels were female, so my bad.
