What incredible luck. Just as I was farming mummies/direwolves/pixies on 45th floor to awaken my evolved ones and losen up some space, I've got a 3-dot hippogriff. Cue feeding it and questing for green fragments, which I'm always short on (thank got red-green quest is available). *Sigh* I'll never level up that Medusa and Gnoll...

Guys, ive gotten a total of 16 sirens.. 13 2 dot, 3 3 dot.. should i farm till i get a 4dot or move on?

Well, there is that one week seasonal quest, which supposedly drops a ton of lower tier monsters for dungeon defense.

Hey guys, I've been lurking on this forum ever since this game came out since this is pretty much the only place where decent info is online and was wondering if you guys had any more spots in your guild. I usually get around 10k prestige and plan on being active on here regardless if i join the guild or not. Also thanks to everyone contributing on here as I've learned a bunch about the game from here!

Same here.. Just wanted to say thanks.I've been lurking here too since i started playing this game. Its the only source of decent discussion on the game and your forum come up on the first page if you google up "creature quest forum". Would like to join you guys too but had notice it has been full since early Feb.

Example:
My 2-dot emerald drake hits a yellow monster for 3000 with his basic ability and no combo.
I attack the same monster with combo active, so a x4 multiplier and it hits for around 4500-5000.
Similarily my Tengu heals 700-800 per hit without combo and 1600-1800 with a x4 combo active.
Those numbers don't really correlate to a x4 multiplier, hence my question.
2x combo modifier is just a 50% increase. 4x = 100% etc. It's an interesting question whether the tomes affect the special attacks as well.

I'd say it depends on your own creature set. If your PvP/PvE performance is throttled by absence of good targeted healers, I'd concentrate on getting the 4-dot Siren (3-dot is not bad at all though).
If you lose all the time the dungeon defence, you may profit more from the other event. I am also tempted to switch as I have rather weak small/medium creatures.

Likewise  there is also another thread in this forum with the tower creature set which you might find useful.

Thanks, I'll keep an eye out later today. I always try and get 10k prestige for the rewards but I'm aiming for top 25 this time. Not sure if that's gonna happen cuz I'm in the same group as you w/ all the crazy players.

Looks like a frustrating week for me again. Same situation as last week, my team simply isn't strong enough to beat a lot of defenses as I have four rares and all only 2-dots in it.
Maybe things pick up after I brought my big horn and siren online.

I'm curious what my group is like, see it in about some hours.
But since I ended up pretty high last time (I hope, I was in the top 10 last time I checked and there was a error) I will probably drown in high level players...
But you never know!

Well, that's indeed some bad news. I hope she's a good nuker at least. But the trend with females, at least from what I've seen, is that they're a bit fragile. Not sure it would make for good boss material in the dungeon challenge.

OK I just leveled up and had 40 extra energy and they did NOT add up. All I received is an extra 25 energy with the level up. So this statement:

Seriously, timing level ups to avoid wasting energy is not strategic, it's tedious.

Also means, that people, who have a ton red legendaries should steer clear of this weekends summoning event and instead wait for the green event in 2 weeks. It seems likely to me that this event will be red focused as well. Though I will try it out (I don't have any legendaries anyway, so I wouldn't mind getting reds)
