It used to be at least, I thought they patched it with some update so I didn't bother after this but if they didn't it's worth a check.

Did you pay attention if the first waves were with exact same creatures than before? Because if not then it works, but you had two times in a row without the drop.

Actually the whole combat changes, even the background and the creatures of every wave but the last. But after 6 times I stopped. Maybe it still works.

Meanwhile I made another 80 runs or so in Battle Tower 44... Why 3d+ Pirate Kobold doesn't like me?

I do it on king though, 3 max resets and I usually get one. On prince ive gone 20 resets without getting a drop.

How can the drop rate be so low on Prince??
I am not convinced about why the drop rates change with difficulties levels, and so drastically? I always assumed drop rates were the same for each.

Either they really reduced the drop rates with 1.2 either I have been extremely lucky. I never ever experienced this, at most 3 runs without a drop. But as I said I didn't get much time to play lately and the only time I did the quests I had drops...

I can confirm Isildur's experience. Eventually I gave up trying on Prince when I ran out of energy. I got the white snow on my 4th try on King.

It does work, however (on iPad at least) you must close the app and reopen it between each attempt to reset the seed or you'll get exactly the same drops every time. (To fully close an app double tap the home button to see all running apps and swipe up the ones you want to close)

I got a Sandworm, a Phoenix, a Kirin and a Chimera out of several multi-summons. And LOADS of cockatrices, pegasi and many many useless creatures.
No 4 dots on anything, but I am really thankful for that Phoenix finally. Forest giants gonna burn

For 50 I used vampire, siren, fire giant, minotaur and treant myself (minotaur removes opponents buffs, siren cleanses debuffs).
The treant and fire giant died (they were completely left and right of the party so the siren couldn't heal them because I wanted to keep her, the vampire and the minotaur alive)
