Some of the 3rd upgrade names imo are either quite awkard or or doesnt sound more powerful than 2nd upgrade, so here are some suggestions for upgrade names:

Legendary Unicorn -> Rainbow Unicorn/Dream Unicorn
Pure Diamond Dragon -> Platinum Dragon/Diamond Bahamut

Sharp Horned Demon ->Apex Demon
Pit Master -> Pit Overlord
Antichrist -> Hell Prince

Red Bones Dragon -> Vampiric Dragon

Harpy Sanguinary -> Harpy Witch/Harpy Harridan
Black Minotuar -> Minotaur Tyrant
Darkness Dragon -> Abyss Dragon
Chasm Dragon -> Dark Bahamut (if use Diamond Bahamut otherwise no change)

Hobgoblin Overlord -> Master Hobgoblin/Elite Hobgoblin
Wolf Rider Killer -> Warg Raider/Elite Wolf Raider
Orc Leader -> Orc Warlord

8th units work great now

is it possible to make big 3rd upgrade building (right click townhall) also upgrade 8th unit? since hill forts are not avilable every random map game

Update version 2.11.5

-Fixed the description of Compendium of Magic and Chaos Orb.
-Fixed Treehouse dwelling on the map, now it will no longer have a problem with resources during its replacement.
-Improved 8th units feature, added Enlarged clickable area of ​​the 8th creature button.
-Removed 8thCreatures.bin, no longer required.
-Improvements in Third Upgrade mod.erm, unblocked one slot combo artifacts and Enhanced Artifacts script options.
-The Portal of Summoning feature was replaced by Banner Workshop, you can now buy banners in Dungeon.

Couple of bugs:

1) If you build the third upgradae building without the 8th creature building, the upgraded 8th creature building gets built automatically but the weekly growth for 8th creature become -1

2) with the 7th day half price map rule, the cost of all newly added units gets reduced by half permanently everyday, so after a few weeks everything cost 0

I've notice a particular bug that I'm not sure where to report. It definitely concerns TUM, but a recent change in ERA III is also related.

Two days ago, after being away from HoMM3 for a while, I installed Heroes 3 Launcher and the 3.87 version of ERA III. I also installed the latest version of TUM and played a game on an XXL extended map with no problems.

Yesterday, Heroes 3 Launcher updated to ERA 3.88. I immediately started having problems generating random maps. Sometimes, the generation itself would fail. Other times, the map would crash during Wogification. I tried opening the random maps involved in Map Editor. (I like to customize a little anyway, and I've found that occasionally saving in map editor can correct issues.) Map Editor refused to open the maps involved. (Invalid or corrupt file type error message.)

Maps of 144 X 144 are not affected, just the larger sizes. I seen this problem after an ERA update once or twice in the past, but in this case, disabling TUM solved the problem. (In past instances, enabling or disabling TUM made no difference.)

If I recall correctly, before the addition of TUM-related elements was handled during Wogification. Now, the map seems to already have TUM creatures on it before Wogification. From this and earlier posts, I take it that TUM is more completely integrated with the Map Editor. I don't know whether the latest ERA update created a hiccup in this integration or not. I do know that the Map Editor was one of the components that updated. (I was looking right at the screen when it happened.)

I don't know if this is a relevant piece of information or not, but the naming conventions for the in-game random map creator changed. Prior to the update, file names looked like this: ERA Player 2021.08.12 21;24 default. After the update, they looked like this instead: random_map_1. I've seen both styles before.

Currently, there are three ways around this problem:
Play without TUM--obviously, not a great choice.
Play with TUM on smaller maps.
Create map with TUM disabled, then switch it back on to play.

The second approach feels a little claustrophobic to me, but it works. The third approach, which I'm testing right now, seems to work, though I suspect that TUM creatures and objects are no longer added to the map during Wogification.

I'm hoping this problem can be resolved, but I know how complicated these compatibility glitches can be. I just wanted you to be aware that a potential problem exists.

Edit: TUM creatures aren't wogified onto a map that was created when TUM was inactive, though some groups do contain third upgrades for monsters in that particular group. Some of the structures are definitely converted to TUM structures, though.

Undeadgamer62, unfortunately I have not had any of the problems you mentioned, the latest version of the launcher works as intended, please consider reinstalling it or waiting for the next version of TUM with more improvements.

I did reinstall, but the problem persisted. I can't think of any reason the launcher itself would be the issue. I was imagining it was 3.88 ERA's interaction with TUM, but my post was more intended to make you aware of a potential issue than to get a fix right away. I know that isn't always practical.

If you aren't seeing the same issue, it may be that a specific WOG setting is the culprit. As time permits, I'll do some testing.

Anyway, the third option I mentioned (generating and editing the map with TUM disabled, then reenabling it to play) works well enough. The only difference I can see is that I don't get TUM creatures on the map (though some groups still contain the third update versions), as I observed yesterday. TUM buildings and objects are still there, evidently put in during Wogification.

Thanks again for all the effort you've put into this project. TUM does some amazing things.

- Fixed Plural name of Troll Witch.
- Mimic Armageddon's Blade of Divine Phoenix was removed.
- Balanced Spectre, no longer has attract soul ability.
- Removed arena.dll.
- Change Elder Ogre cast Slayer for Frenzy.
- Rebalaced Seraphim, removed Attack Twice and Attack and Return in Stack Experience.

Hi, whilst playing around I noticed that Hell Hydras cast double acid after every attack (one reduce defense by 3 and one cause big damage) but the upgraded Nightmare Hydra only cast damaging acid occasionally (seems less than 50%) the acid actually does a lot of damage and it makes hell hydra a lot stronger for the same amount of money

I'm liking the newest version. It's been a while since I played, and you've made some significant improvements.

Some of the new creatures are fascinating, and the graphics are very well done.

I also like being able to do the fourth upgrade in town. It makes it easier to hire troops from both town and outside dwelling without having to keep running to a hill fort all the time to be able to convert the diamond dragons into pure diamond dragons, for example.
