Heh, I've heard that some anti-vacciners "block" vaccination terms. They register for a shot and don't show up when time comes. They later boast about it in the internet. Don't know how it works exactly as registration is per name, and one-at-a-time, but you prolly can block the nearest term and then cancel it. Heard it from one doctor who made an interview.
So you can always do that

You know how some people spend years learning the ins and outs of a discipline, and methods put in place to make that as objective and reliable as possible, allowing experiments to be carried out over and over, and for a theory to be falsified ? In much the same way as you wouldn't disregard a doctor's advice when he tells you that you shouldn't eat too much sugar because in his 7+ years of learning/research he's seen its adverse effects in every minuscule part of our body, in the same way you shouldn't just disregard a sociologist's opinion when they have to study everything from the Education sector, to the Family, to Methods and Crime.
And sociology is a science. It can be falsified, and it follows the scientific method, with rigid rules in place, much the same way as psychology does.

@Gandalf: It's a dissertation, for one thing. For another, it's not online as far as I know, unless the Library of Congress has made digital versions available, but I've never looked. For a third, why would you want me to prove it anyway? Is it likely to change anything?
How about this oldie but goodie from Celestial Heavens. I should read over this, written when I was fresh out of my PhD, and see if I believe my younger self. Ha!
Or maybe this one, when I was much smarter.

Science has a philosophy but it isn’t philosophy. Most you can say is, in ancient times, they started out as one. And social sciences are not philosophy either, although it would be fair to say, their conclusions are more open to interpretation compared to natural sciences. Psychology of today is very much in bed with neurology anyway, which is a natural science.

They hypothesize falsifiable explanation about observable data. End of story. It doesnt matter what Gandalf the spammer believes, anthropology or linguistics is not “philosophy.”

That’s obviously a hyperbole from a physicist to emphasize the fundamental importance of physics. If you cant grasp why decoding the hierogliphs and deducting social traditions of Ancient Egyptians from that isnt philosophy, I cant make you grasp it.

I'm not sure to what extent production of generics would help with the current crisis in India now that there's probably already tens of millions of people there with the virus (officially it's around 4 million cases but between large gaps in testing in urban and suburban sprawl and asymptomatic cases the actual figure has to be multiple times higher), but Aspen is the main generic producer in S. Africa and they could be getting ready for mass production.
What is happening right now in India is pretty much all of Africa, Indonesia, etc., in another several months. The vaccines that don't require refrigeration are going to be the most attractive option for getting vaccinations in some of these harder to access areas.
At any rate, even without a waiver, recent shifts could still help with distribution:

take any topic i've ever debated. i point out something simple, like a government being corrupt. and people ARGUE.
take gun rights. i point out statistics and common sense, pertaining to real life, and (for instance)how there are MORE shootings where gun laws are strict. you people argue.
take racial bs. i point out statistics and facts, and you people argue against those same statistics and facts.
take covid and the "vaccines". i point out truths backed by the cdc itself and it's affiliates, and you people argue.
ffs, take the 2020 election. i and others posted proof of the fraud, and you locked threads, silenced opposition, and denied any wrongdoing, despite the overwhelming evidence. they even BRAGGED about it afterward! and you STILL argue against the facts.
the truth is all around you all, and you all deny simple snow that can easily be verified.
you don't think someone is going to get ANGRY over that?
