hmm, I'm not really sure at all why tossmilk in the lungs would make Dingo get drunk...If we go by his avatar and assume he's an undead of some sort, maybe his human form was originally destroyed by milk and now it acts as some strange catalyst to silly behaviour?
then again if he were actually an Ozzie doggy, that wouldn't make so much sense at all....
I guess thinking that Dingo really is an undead makes no sense either... hmmm
*chases back two tossquila's with a tall frosty tossbeer*
I think the most plausible explanation is that it has nothing at all to do with the lungs whatsoever. Dingo's brain must be associating cookies with milk, hence the milk is causing Dingo quite subconsiously to think of cookies!
Now everyone knows that cookie thoughts are often the foundation of massive euphoric reactions - which are quite commonly confused with drunkeness! Yep! That's gotta be it!
*raises another shot of tossquila and slams it back*

It's a nightmare out there mates! Night arrows have been flying non-stop from the wastelands, no tosser is safe...and some of the arrows they fling, are in shapes I cannot describe. well I could, but I won't cuz EWWWWWWW!
The seem to have fashioned a sort of slingshot device out of an old pink thing... its all too disturbing. *exhales deeply*
I had no idea the hazards I'd be facing as a mod, they're out for blood i tell ya! Blood!! It's simply frightening
