Well first get the following programs (click to download): Defmaker, Defview, and Resedit. Now open Resedit and click on File->Load Resource File. Got to H3 Directory->Data and open h3sprite. You should get a huge list of items. Search for the monster file you want to edit. All monster files begin with "C". Use Quick View (Ctrl+Z) to help you find the wanted file. If we want a Serphant Fly .def file, select it (the name is CDRFLY) and hit Ctrl+F to set extraction parth. After that, click F2 and before closing Resedit, go to the extracted CDRFLY.def and copy it. Close Resedit, and if the file disappears than paste it. Now open CDRFLY.def with Defview, and you will get every frame the Serphant Fly has. Extract them, and one by one change them to what you want. Than go to Defmaker, ADD Files in the same order that they're in CDRFLY.def, and click on Create Def File. Now from here on I have no idea.

I think antipaladin and wog edn should REALLY try to get their creatures in the game. anti should do his "wizards" ( witch, pyromancer...) and wog edn could do those forest people and horseback people.

hell deamon did u ever animate that dark elemental? cuz honestly that looks better than all of the conflux creatures. if u want my opinion you should replace that dark elemental with the conflux commander or make an upgrade for it and replace a creature
