ERM.SM is a tool for changing stats of the creatures, not their graphics.

I found an old creature of mine, complete with almost all animations (no map animation and icons), while I was searching through my sent emails. It's the archbishop (preview, the very first one).
If you want to install it, you need to download it from here (mirror 1; mirror 2; mirror 3).
After that, unzip and place the 'install.wog' file in the UPDATE folder and run H3wUpd.exe. It might give you a 'broken file' error, but it works anyway. The archbishop will replace the archmage (only the animation; I think I had everything else, but not anymore).
To uninstall, place the 'uninstall.wog' file (make sure it's the only one in that directory) in the UPDATE folder and, again, run H#wUpd.exe.

To create a new creauture you first have to paint it...with any image editor...after you have painted all the frames required(please someone who remembers how many are they and what are they tell...) then come back here and those that know will help you...

Far at i know, you have some Warden amin too, i love that one, but it not finished yet. You have great creatures, but you do not have time to make, what sad

The warden was never completed. I also liked it a lot. I probably would have finished it right now, but I lost many files several years ago (including all my work). I have only this animation, a colossus animation and an image with most of my creatures.

Mitzah,i liked both The Cultist & the 2nd Seraphym… very good “merge”. I hope HotA brings some badass melee orcs…by the way..shouldn’t orcs eat flesh?They should berserk at least.Offtopic,iknow...

Actually they made their own units which IMO looks better...
BTW, these units doesn't look like HoMM3 units at all.

they are very creative, you should use some recoloring.
the dragon one is awosome, with a bit recoloring it will be perfect.

The problem is, I'm using MS Paint, not Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop or Gimp. XDD
