hello i have a simple question, the bmp file in heroes 3 itīs different to bmp normal file ok?, and i canīt edit my images because, the def maker donīt read the bmp normal file .
When i put my new image in the heroes 3 bmp file of any extracted monster of the game(i used the mage), instantly the Paint changes the original colors, for example the white for the yellow and another colors more, how i can make my creations without paint?
it forgot it, can also be created heroes? instead of monsters.

Good ones, but the Nazgul flying "animals" should be more greish. They aren't completly black at the LotR movies. And You don't see the difference btween the Nazgul and the "animal"
