congrats again Fury!
And for this people sad about the result, I bet you guys will change your mind later, and will like/play Sylvan when it's finished.
They'll play similar to sanctuary in h6, awesome in open battlefields, terrible in seige battles.
Edit: come to think of it haven probably will too. Academy have a few flyers but so far there aren't many flyers/teleporters/incorporeal in the factions we know, especially considering two of the flyers are optional champions. Could be a much slower game this one.

Nah. My very reason for existing is to ensure PIT LORDS make it into H7.

"The Witcher" devs said this about the DRM:
"Each time we are thinking about a decision, the first rule is we have to treat gamers like we'd like to be treated. We don't believe in DRM because we hate DRM. It also doesn't protect, not really. Games are cracked in minutes, hours, or days, but they're always cracked. If you want to pirate you'll find a way. But if you're a committed gamer and are buying the game why should we place a barrier on you?"
Any chance ubisoft follows or take a %&%#$ hint?
Continuing to read the article and they mention DLCs too. Gawd i love them and they make me want to buy their games!!!
The problem with DLC oftentimes, he said, is that the amount of content gamers get for their money is insignificant.
"Then, with DLC, it's small content. Like one-thousandth of the whole game," he said. "Why should you charge for that? If it's small, give it for free. I know it's not always possible or easy but this is what we want to give gamers; a little bit of love, which we'd like to get from other developers as gamers ourselves."
Remember when we had to pay 10 euros for two maps a hero and a dynasty weapon?
Please do not repeat the marketing mistakes of H6! I know companies do not survive with love and loyalty but damn ubi already has our loyalty about this franchise.
Please don't insult our intelligence by saying that we get to to "enjoy" benefits from uplay

It was stated before that Heroes VII will require internet connection only to register the game (and of course to play in multiplayer).

Speaking of transactions. If I pre-order H7, will I have to pay for the release too? What about expansions? Why shouldn't I wait for the Complete Edition?

What? If you pre-order, you get the game you ordered. What's difficult to understand about that?
As for waiting for the complete edition: 1. Who is going to say there will be one? 2. If you're prepared to wait and not play untill then, why not?

That would depend on what version you pre-order.
Pre-orders are very simple. You pay money now, to get whatever it is you ordered at the moment it is released.

There is no reason for producer to keep finished game from releasing. So there is only early access version in some indie cases when you basicly pay to play unfinished game and then at release you get vanilla version. Big game companies don't use early access.
So when you pre-order game you just ensure that you will get the game the minute its released and show support for game and company.

It's not just indies, but essentially you're correct. Early-Acces games are unfinished and tend to be very broken, but are released in this state to further fund the development.

I suppose that means most Heroes games have been Early-Access.
