Some smaller stuff like new years update... Maybe something big with the help of Nephretes, but my estimate is nothing big like at town 'til at least end of 2018... but thats just my assumption

Please, when you try to answer something instead of us - at least state specifically that you are no member of a team. Not everyone knows who is. This particular answer is just... wrong. Like, totally wrong.
We are working on comparably small stuff and of course not a new years update, which is usually quite big and for now is quite distant. The cooperation with Nephretes is not on a horizon anymore. And we do not give even slightest assumptions about the date of new town (except "not soon").
You may expect 1.4.3 quite soon, which is primarily a bug fix with some late for NY content.

Yeah, you're right, I should have stated I'm not in team. Rest was just my own estimation as I stated a few more "maybe"s could also help next time in case of new towns. And ~2 years could at least be realistic for someone with low free time solo working on polygons.
edit: sad to hear Nephretes is off the table.

Hi guys, I have serious problem with the second mission of the first campaign. I really think it's almost impossibile to beat. Three months for flagging all creature dwellings are really a short time and I don't know how to beat it.
I really love this expansion until now but this level it's very annoying. Any advice?
Enemies are really powerful in this mission and they are everywhere, I lose time going into creature dwellings for recruitments, especially for troll, pirates, sharpshooters and captains, and I lose time.
And I have to beat a lot of behemots who destroyed my cannon and dragons and hydra!
I have Jeremy with a lot of attack and two free slot: I have archery, leadership, offense, water magic. I wanna take navigation too and I have doubt about wisdom, what do you think? It's worth it, I could have town portal/resurrection in the future? I don't have earth magic though.
I'm really weak or, to be honest, this is an unbalanced mission?

Everything looks unbalanced when you don't have earth.

Do you mean that I have to obtain earth magic? It could be useful on this map? I don't have slow.

First of all, I've found the HotA campaigns to be tough as nails at times. For me it was so difficult at certain points that it killed the fun for me, but I liked the story and some of the humor in it, so I circumvented the fun-killers with the use of some cheatcodes. Not because I probably wouldn't be able to push through, but because I wouldn't have had fun to go to the blood of my gums to push through.
That being said, I tried to minimize the use of cheats; I just used enough to save my fun in the missions . I couldn't care about the post-mission score.
Anyway, you say that you've only had 2 open slots for skills, but then only list 4 skills that you have. H3 has 8 skill slots, so either you have more skills than the 4 listed, or you have 2 more open skillslots, total of 4.

Thanks for the answer man, I finally beat the mission and it was very hard, I think that it's harder than a lot of SoD campaigns in wich I had to use cheats...!
I pass this mission trying to minimize losses from battle and beeing fast without trying to obtain new troops over and over.
My Jeremy now got: Logistic, navigation, water magic, archery, artillery, leadership, ofense and one free slot.
I found navigation essential in the second map, it's impossible without it.

I didn't isolate that one . I don't know what the exact problems were, but I don't recall resorting to cheating on that one. Maybe in the very end, when I came 1 or 2 days short to flag them all. No, the one that immediately springs to mind is the first mission with Bidley, where early on you have just a Cove town where you can hardly build anything and you more or less have to rush to capture a Stronghold town somewhat more up north. The enemy starts with 4 Towns and I think you need to actually capture that Cove town before you can even begin to build it. Furthermore, the enemy has creatures 1-2 tiers higher than you can initially get and I had multiple Heroes coming into my territory to roflstomp me after a few weeks. Each individual Hero had not only a bigger army than I could have mustered with Bidley at that point, but they also had higher tier creatures.
Well, maybe you can defeat those with some exquisite combat tactics, but that's what I meant with going down to the blood of my gums to achieve victory. Not my idea of fun, I just want to kick back and relax after a day at the office. I don't want pushover enemies, but that was simply too strong.

I haven't played those campaigns yet but in principle I think is a good thing if some are hard, simply for the satisfaction you get from completing them.
When I just want to sit back and relax I play a random map.

Yeah, I was so happy when I finished the second mission! Very, very hard, you had to think about carefully every move.

No I'm serious man, that mission was hard but it was really satisfying finished it.
The third mission is really easy compared to the second, now I'm on the second campaign.
Anyways, I really love this expansion, Cove is very well made, and I love the little features that come with the game, especially the number of wandering creatures, because I really never learnt how a "lots, pack" were, and also I love the fact that the external dwellings can accumulate troops, so you can take everything with you without making one journey for week.
Furthermore, graphic is really vivid and the writings are more clear, with HD mod and 1024x768 they are a little too small, but they are also more "elegants" compared to Heroes Complete.
So, I want to thanks this amazing team for doing such an amazing job. Honestly, it seems an official expansion.

Random maps is probably what I play the most, but once in a while I like to go for big adventure, some of the maps I've enjoyed the most in h3 are long single scenarios with nice story, scripts, and events. Problem is when that happens I know I get completely hooked, so I got to be sure I get enough free time.

Do you play them with HoTa or Heroes complete? HoTa has a lot of features which I like and I don't know if I can switch to HoMM Complete now
By the way, a big question: can I play single scenario's maps of Homm Complete in HoTa?

It depends on the maps, if is a fan made wog or SoD map I will play with corresponding game version.
I didn't try to play custom maps in hota but sure in the menu not only hota maps are available.
