Yeah, it's nightmare for every localisationed games. Every patch you must make update localisation. But Lod compare tool will help you easily check what files have been changed between HotA 1.4.2 and (furthcoming 1.5.0)

*Some other Leprechaun stuff...
*I never saw a Golem crumble like this? Granted the animation is implemented in original files... but I never saw it... death through magic?
*Only really new thing... Sir Mullich reworked.
Thats all so far...
On my wishlist:
*another feature... Magmaelementals are quite weak. Their deathanimation looks like they explode when Stack is eliminated. This could be a Feature aswell. Stack dies -> Fireball/Fireshield like explosion
*The Lich Cloud is greenish, while the projectile is reddish... both green would be better imho.
*This one is also in the assets... Maybe for another Water spell LvL5 or something.... Old "Fear" Spell maybe it affects the whole enemy team from acting by chance (like a present Azure Dragon). (Would better fit to "Earth-Magic" since its a stronger version of "Sorrow" Spell)

I can see, you all like to bring back various objects from Heroes 2.
There are two things in H2, which I personally would appreciate very much:
In H2 (and H4 too) the obelisks contain more fun, because you can dig out different artifacts, not only the grail.
The mystical garden has a Pre-visit and a Post-visit animation. When you steal the 500 gold / 5 gems from the leprechaun, he disappears, and returns only on the following week. It would be awesome, to make this in H3 if it's possible. Maybe make the other weekly visitable buildings (windmill, water wheel, warehouses) being the same.

Suggestion for these: If used in misc Slot: gain Expert-Level for Fire-, Air-, Water-Magic (Relic) as for Earth: Regrowing Obsidian-Stone (Obsidian was the best Material in MM4-6)
*As for revisitable objects... an optical feedback would be nice if these objects are already visited this week. Mill and Waterwheel stand still, Leprechaun is gone if already visited. As for "Warehouses" the same

hippox89 You have spotted most of it, but still there is a bunch of stuff that hasn't been noticed by wide audience as of yet. Including the one most significant in my opinion.

On the last picture Nik posted there also seems to be a Leprechaun in the top right corner, don't know if it's a Mystical Garden for dirt terrain or what it is.
On the third picture where Oris is casting a spell where did the flag go, does it usually disappear like that?
Can't really spot anything else, but there is probably more...
Nice with heroes getting represented by the correct gender on map and in battle btw.

Yes, I already have the campaign editor, but I do not yet have the original fonts and drawings to translate the graphic menu into other languages. Also, I need the fonts of the mod with graphic accents (á, é, í, ó, ú, ü ...).

with this great work, I guess the focus is going to be on H3 for a long time --- is it possible to upgrade the AI? Maybe Quantomas would like to help with that? Heroes 5 is interesting but the graphics are so bad, e.g. the underground and snow terrain...the templates even worse because the castles are shown from the beginning. H3 with HOTA team (and the HD mode) is going to stay...
H6 and H7 are pure garbage, just 2 people are playing, antalayan? and another guy, don't remember his name

I don't know russian but I guess its in the second picture. Calculated damage and number of units gonna die by a hit (at least I think so).

Not for me... I haven't it in HD mod at all... maybe thats the problem.
@Avatar... that animation of that golem was already in the game but afaik never used before. At least I don't know about it.

@Avatar When you use spells on them, golems and beholders are dying in an alternative way. But this is an old improvement.
There is something strange with the second image. There are two heroes selected during battle. Manfred on an adventure screen has 24 shooting pirates, but on battlefield there are 26 of them. What happened there?
This little anchor on a boat cursor will appear over places we can visit and over treasures we can get, I guess?
