I've already did this.
Are hero specializations modable? I mean I want to make new spec for Eruina, since there will be no shadow mistress' in dungeon. It would be same as others (+1 for att and def per lvl). Is it possible?

yes, but you'll have to change another hero speciality I think (something like switching creatures IDs and heroes'speciality, don't know exactly)
that could mean for example dougal gets eruina's specialty and eruina gets dougal specialty.

Just change her special to other.
MapObjects\Dungeon\Eruina(AdvMapHeroshared).xdb
in this line:

I've just tried it on titans and it works, the poison inflicts 7.5 damage per titan (because I modded the venom damage)
or did you mean the problem was solved?
btw, will those manticores be different than poisonous wyvern? the existing manticores are like wyverns but stronger.

If I reduce the venom dmg it will affect both manticore and wyvern. I'll just nerf manticores (to make them as strong as matriarchs).
EDIT:
I've MADE IT!
Manticore/Scorpicore/Chimera animations are done! 
Now only specialisation of Eruina: I've changed
<Specialization>HERO_SPEC_MATRON_SALVO</Specialization>
to
<Specialization>HERO_SPEC_EVASIVE</Specialization> (from hero Shadya)
but game still shows 'coven mistress'.
so here's the question (many questions today, eh?):
Specialisation has changed without description and other stuff or specialisation has not changed at all?

It did change, you just haven't addressed the files, which determine the spec's icon, name and description:
<SpecializationNameFileRef href="/Text/Game/Heroes/Specializations/Dungeon/Matron_Salvo/Name.txt"/>
<SpecializationDescFileRef href="/Text/Game/Heroes/Specializations/Dungeon/Matron_Salvo/Description.txt"/>
<SpecializationIcon href="/Textures/HeroScreen/Specializations/Dungeon/Matron_Salvo.xdb#xpointer(/Texture)"/>
Copy the same ones from Shadya's file and replace.

Ok, we can't really rely on Vokial.
My question is: How to ban Instant Travel on all the maps?
I know someone has done a similiar mod for DV.
Also, there were some maps with modifications altering ALL other games as well.
Any help will be appreciated.

I've never tried disabling a spell totally but maybe if you try modding the file
data.pak\GameMechanics\Spell\Adventure_Spells
Try changing the line
<MagicSchool>MAGIC_SCHOOL_ADVENTURE</MagicSchool>
to
<MagicSchool>MAGIC_SCHOOL_SPECIAL</MagicSchool>
This may or may not work... I have yet to test it.

i modded venoms dmg to 10dmg

Or you can use a fake specialty as in LotA (i.e. no specialty, but bonus spells or abilities instead).
