Dalai,
there is no sure winner on any map, if there had been one, that race would've been disabled on map, that goes for sure losers too.
nobody can complain about order really, they can take on monsters chaos wouldn't dream of taking on, early and late in the game.
But, as with any game, there are situations where you just can't seem to shake the other guy, but that is due to not having good spells, lucky/unlucky with artifacts/skills or just an overwhelming difference in game skill; how one moves on map also affects that final battle they speak of.
So you can't say that there's an imbalance from a game played by 2 guys who learned it a month ago.
People cry that genies got weaker, they're still strong and give order an edge in early battles.
Besides, why not make nagas and titans against archer + blackies? Foo!
In my point of view, there are no imbalances in those races, not in those lines anyway.

Well enuff said Dalai, by the time you get to emperor you should have HIGHEST HONOR. Or else there is something questionable. Heck I am only legionairre with 66 games played and I am at Highest.

Unlimited reatliate on a Level 30 Super Charged Barbarian would be unstoppable lol. It is even better then the halbard and you made that relic. I think it should be no less then a Relic.
But I think you have a good idea, I would like to a spell that you can cast on any of your creatures to give them Unlimited retaliate. Level 5 spell. Not sure which alignment to put it with. But I think it be better in spell form since you could atleast dispel or cancel it etc.

hmm.. what if this helm did something less scarier but still good, like +1 retaliation per round? and could be major then..
.. i think even if be a relic-with unlimit retal, i would definetely not use it in any of my maps and prolly replace it with random major in my games, at maps that have it.. its only the truth, for me.. maybe others dont feel this way

Halberd is MAJOR not relic.. get it right, map-council chairman
and it's not necessarily so powerful.. if it's on a map with no melee then it's only good, not overpowering. could be a fun arty, on maps without melee. and for maps with melee, can be fun to put on guardians, as dalai mentioned.

Hmm my bad I thought someone told me that the MOD changed Halbard to Relic. Guess my sources are not to reliable. lol, maybe it was a High Honor player that told me cant remember
