No, it wont. They said recently that only one third of the storyline in the original game was complete and they didnt annouche a release date or any hints at BlizzCon.
It will come out somewhere next year, 0% chance this year.

Starcraft 2 has been announced in north europe (Norway,Denmark,etc)
according too a TV show here in Iceland SC2 will be realized at the end off febuary oh god I am exited

Really? That's great news. Does it get released in February for everyone since sometimes games get released in some parts of the world at different times.

Blizzard has never said that.
Its just a rumor, all game sites etc does stuff like that (lol, Gamespot said WoW: WotLK would be released this summer and that Fable 2 would be released two years ago >.> )

All companies give out "guesses" when they will be finished, Fable two has been worked on for YEARS, maybe they thought that was when it was going to be finished, but every time some one get a good idea it's post poned and will be released. A couple of months ago I read, on Blizzards site, that SC2 is expected to be finished before christmas. Well it won't for sure, but they thought/hoped it would be done by then.

Because better a good game later than a bad game now is one of blizzard's most famous mottos, and now there are still some very serious problems, i'm pretty sure it will be released next year, hopefuly february.
I'm a protoss fans, and one of those serious problem is protoss problem, yeah, it is the mothership unit of protoss, so much controversy about this unit, i just hoped the final mothership is better, for now, it is a useless unit that eat insane amount of resources. Some people even debating about the tweaked carrier, personally, i don't care about the carrier, it's still fine, but the mothership need very serious attention. May blizzard make wise choice, i don't mind if it takes long to finish, as long as it meet most fans expectation.

The mothership is said by many to be overpowered do to all abilites it has like the black hole also carriers have been weakened one yamato from battlecruisers destroy them. And the stalker looks to much like a unit from warcraft (forgot the name) and zealots are like ninjas blizzard needs do a little check on protoss units.

Isn't the "carrier" now the "tempest"? Anyway, it's a completely new game, not just an expansion, so they probably toned down the carriers strength and cost in order to make room for the mothership as the new super unit. And I think you can only have 1 mothership at a time just like you can have 1 zerg queen at a time in (zerg queen's are now super powerful land units), so you can't just mass them. The reason they wanted the mothership to be more of a utility ship than a big unit that kills everything is because they wanted more diversity in the game.

I hope blizzard make a wise decision for the final mothership.
As for now, i doubt the mothership will be a super unit, i mean only 1 per protoss, why? look at the newest update news, and you'll see that a protoss mothership is only slightly stronger than a terran battlecruiser, if not equal. Making the mothership like this is as a super unit is a joke.
About the carrier, it's natural that the carrier is tweaked, because protoss has new ship, the void ray (previously called warp ray), void ray is an offensive ship, means it has the role of the SC 1 carrier, SC 2 carrier's role is support/command ship.

Yeah, and blizzard is great at promising (yes, they have promised, somtimes) and then totally ignore it because they found some bugs that was fatal or they weren't satisfied with something. I don't think they've given out a single "halfdone" game since warcraft 1. Since they don't need the extra cash you get from releasing a game on time.
