Hey I just had a look at HCM and I saw VokialBG is online!!!! I wonder what he'll sy when he sees this.

Great new beginning of frozen project... however I never leaved GotP it was not cuz of me...
I even finished the 0.5 Beta version of GotP but I was never able to post about it... I even was able to get permission of some great modders for the skillweel mod.... this is the change log:
#Haven
- New descriptions for the changed units
- Improvement in the town look
- The Flag bug in the town is fixed
- New walk sounds for Footman/Vindicator
- The Upgrade system now work well
#Dungeon
- The Matriarhs are no more Lv. 6 unit, they are now Lv. 5 and the Hydras are Lv. 6
#Music Themes
- New Main Menu music
- New music in the Sanctrum's battles
- New music during siege in the Sanctrums town
- New AI music for Sanctrum
- New Lost Battle music for the Sanctrum
#Interface
- New menus and button changes in the Start menu, Map creating screen, New better design
- New bild screen in the town
- New Combat screen
- Ingame Skeel Weel MOD
- The icons of all creatures and heroes have background
#Spells
- The Spellpower is much more important for the Dark and Summonig spells
- New Magic balance for Dark and Summoning:
I see potential
They are great new thinks in it but I was not able to post link or something... even to upload it... but its still on my PC and can give part of it cuz the new intefce changes in 0.5 Old GotP Beta rox...
The main problem of the old GotP team was that at last days when I was still here the team was falling apart, till I was the only one GotP dev. I never said this here... if there was no team the project was doomed...
I see good potential on the new things... only the new history part is far from perfect... but however the story for the old GotP was almost ready at all but only on book... real book my own try to write fentasy novel and my ideas for making heroes storyline at one, one history...
But its too long to post it tonight... but I'll do it... in parts tommorow...
... wait for it... the story about Galthran the forgotten, the portal, the skull of Sandro, Vokial and the wizzard...
I hope the new team will dont have problem as the old one and have more luck to get this for TotE. And... about me... I can still mod... at least I hope to can...

Great to hear some news! 
I know our new storyline is a bit wierd now it's still missing lots of key pieces, but I wonder how yours will be. Anyway what did you think of our alt Sanctum upgrade ideas? About the team you could just told us and I (Including many others) would have been happy to help. 
By the way I'll tell you some new modding possibilities:
New Creatures (Yes, me Neckie and CrazyPill found out how  )
New Artifacts, works like a charm without boundries.
New Spells Works in theory, but haven't tried yet.
So what do you say do you want to join us and make this a great succes?

Welcome back Vokial, it's good to see you.
The new story is indeed pretty sketchy as you see it here, however I've been working on it by myself to try and make it better. Rather than throwing in any old hero like Galthran or Christian, I've been trying to link the old story of Axeoth with that of Ashan, to make it realistic. I'd love to see what you've got - we could mix the two stories together with a bit of good tweaking to make something really good.

It was it theoty for me too but I never tried it, but there are some scripts in the exe file.
The new graphics updates made by Cepheus (as I see on the screen - I havent tried your beta yet) are perfect. My first idea for Andrei was "Red holy knight... (paladin, crusader... etc....) but the new Hight Priest of Agadar, who wear cloth is much much better! Drop the heavy sword Andrei, get stuff and robe! Just great idea, wonderful!
I also noted "New hero debate"... anyway there is no place for such a dispute, we must check again the old GotP topic Wishes for New Heroes.
Cepheus you have good ideas for story (and incredible work on the heroes) I'll just post mine and then we all will think what we'll change, mix etc...

@kronos: hey, i think we need to change the thread you made (this one) and edit the, videos, beta, vokial and others
and i think our original thread (this one) is better than our new one (this one)
@vokial: i know i shouldn't ask this, but can you sort of, copy the files from kronos' GotP, to your one, and add ToK too, and also make: Me (Ted), Kronos and Cepheous a mods, that way, we can really get back into GotP

I tried to download this mod from mediafire but the install utility says it can't completely isntall because it's corrupt or something  . Is there another link where I can download the mod?

No, that was a misunderstanding, we can actually add an unlimited number of creatures.

Sorry for the dispute but I didn't want to revive an ancient thread. Anyway in my opinion we should only add characters who haven't been killed in the storyline, so no Lord Haart, Gelu, Kilgor, Mutare etc... I like to stick to 3DO's story, and that means no miraculous resurrections. Otherwise it's all good with me.

@vokial: hey, earlier you said about the 0.5 gotp, you made, maybe if we combined them and fixed there bugs, it would help improve the game!
also, would it be possible to have a different icon, istead of the HoF hammer thing, lets make something new!

Ohhhh stop pls with spamming, first the old GotP forum, made by me is not that great, it was attacked by KD, and millions of spambots, anyway the GotP forum host server is a bit... buggy and do problems, I thing for the good of all the GotP forum must be started again.
The GotP www must be updated at all everything, the DB in it is so so ancient.
About the 2 betas (this is to Ted) No! I dont thing to get the new beta and to place the scripts in the old one, the old one was not perfect I think to get the useful scripts from the old beta and post it here like a patch for the new beta, later with the next version, this patch will the added as normal script part in the MOD.
Also I'll give the pass and the username of the GotP ftp to Kronos and access to the GotP www html DB.
Kronos has the right to be leader, as I have it, The leader doesnt matter much, we can be Co. managers, anyway I doesnt care much about "me - leader, me - not leader", I just want one day the MOD to be ready and able for download and for TotE. Kronos did great work and he still do it, probably better then mine work on GotP 3 months ago. Let we just work on it and complete it.
With the new TotE addon there will be a lot of work and everyone who want must be allow to help the MOD.

Ah there's old Temkhan the Wizard. He's in the basic Heroes V, but Nival didn't activate him as a proper hero for some reason. It's possible to restore him though.

I like the idea of two leaders. By the way I allready have the password of the site, got it from Cepheus he got it from CH I haven't uploaded any changes yet.
Oh and Ted, do you have Enter the Abyss in your Maps folder? I broughtTemkahn back in without notifying anyone
