I'll admit that it's unlikely, but that's not a free pass to make fun of everyone in this thread. People thought the Wright Brothers were dumb too, and we saw how that turned out.

well the percent is 100%: i will own ubisoft when i'm 30 and i will spend all of it's money to make an better DS and a heroes 3 ds with 20 towns!
...you're right, though. but there is a chance it will come! let's be honest, it would be the best ds game ever!

If 1000 people say they want it id say the probability is around 0.5%
if 10000 do id say its around 15% if 100,000 people say they want it it would be around 60% and if 1,000,000 people do i doubt theres a chance that it wont happen!.

You dont have ANY connections to developers...nor do you have ever even communicated to ANY of them. You dont even have connection to the Library Staff, which would be minimum needed. But you act like you DO have.

Oh sure "only 100" ...and "maybe" this was about 8 years ago, when staff did get money ..but of course they will work for free, that will be easier for you to "buy Ubisoft".

Heroes 3 ds is a great idea.

I post in here cause peeps may thing this thread is about an official "Library thing", which is not. The people had the impression that if they post here, the Library stuff will submit their suggestions to Ubisoft. Which is also not true. In my opinion it was up to you to at least point that out.
I dont know why I get a warning, when tell the peeps that this thread will leads to nowhere.
And to tell someone to stay out of threads which they dont share the opinion with, is the most non-democratic statement i have ever heard..its like "shut up if you disagree".
You might need to learn that a Forum is about open discussion -peeps may agree or disagree. You mean a statement is not allowed if i disagree?? Thats hilarous. Your weakness as moderator is that you want all the peeps to hug each other. But a discussion isnt always like that ...especially when someone lies to other peoples.

Note to thread readers...
Don't let Xarfax discourage you. Just because one person has his opinion, does not mean its truth. The fact of the matter is that we have an idea and if we develop it enough, it will not be so much an impossibility. So, keep those thoughts flowing and not let a minor disruption kill this thread.
Now, to get back on track from a page of...distraction, the interface for the DS will be very tricky. We have to solve the problem of objects on the adventure map being too small. Any suggestions?

A forum is about open discussion, yes. Open friendly discussion. You seem to have a problem with that, Xarfax. You can't seem to express your opinion without flaming the other side. That is what's not allowed.
And seconded, don't listen to him. There was a HoMM I game for the GB, and even small chances and far-fetched and "stupid" ideas can still come true. I cite the Wright Brothers, Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, etc.
Personally, I'd expect one of the more modern Heroes simply because HoMM III, although arguably the best, or one of the best, of the series is just too old to sell with most people who want "t3h graphickz!" It wouldn't be good business sense, unfortunately.
Perhaps you could tag items such as resources with a symbol that is clearly visible? Or just overexaggerate them, maybe.

People are and should be allowed to post in threads they dont like. Whats relevant is whether the CoC is violated or not.
