Isabelyes. I know that this is about the Heroes DS. And the race ideas are the factions for the DS. But, I see the point: what innovative things will draw DS fans to Heroes DS. I think respectively we should continue with that idea. However, mamgaeater, if you wish to continue the factions discussion, Make a thread.
So we were still discussing the "items-too-small-on-adventure-map" problem. Any ideas?

Well They could make them flash brightly and grow when you press a button. That would of course make you need to space proporly.
They could make you press a button and then have a line point to all the resources.
You could put coordinates of resources on the bottom screen at the top one and then you could use the cursor to check coordinates.
You could make it so that you could zoom into the screen with R and L.
Theres quite a few possibilities.

People are and should be allowed to post in threads they dont like. Whats relevant is whether the CoC is violated or not.
I'm pretty sure Xarfax knows pretty well what I meant. The problem is the way he reacts on threads he dislikes. If he would be more diplomatic and react in a lesser direct insulting way (YOU ARE A LIAR!), everything would be fine. But experience shows, he is doing hard (admitted by himself!) in diplomatic school. That's why I wrote "Stay out of threads u dislike".

o and about those "items-too-small-on-adventure-map",
i already said in the beginning, tap it, and it's pictuer will set on the second screen, with a discription of it under it, but still on the second screen.
PS: and mamgaeater, i think you must start a tread for those creatures. i like them, but they cannot be posted in this tread.

Why can't the creatures been discussed here. They are from the ds version. So why shouldn't he post them here. I woulden't make a new thread fro that. using my threads on that, nope. You can make ONE thread for every 10 posts post

Well, It won't hurt to send it in. I mean, they're gonna ignore if they want to, but they'll probably think it over or send on to the development team.
"Things too small on adventur map" solved 
Next issue, How will size differentiate on the battlfield. It was brought up earlier but it never had a solution. Example: Archangel is big. But a Troglodyte is small. Due to space how will it be solved. Another things is the amount of creature tiers.
My suggested solution is that up and dowm there are now scroll options (y-axis, but along the forward and back and side to side (x and z axes) there are scroll option. So, the L button moves the screen to the Left, the R to the right (never would've guessed that?). And the x and y buttons move forward and back. That way, nothing gets cut off.
Any other problems, please post for discussion.
**EDIT**- Remember the big long interface explanantion that I explained a few pages back. Well, on that nographic minimap on the touch screen, you tap the adv. map object and it doubles size on the top screen. Does that work?

IMO, scrolling up/down and left/right would work better, as if you zoom you'll have to scroll anyways, and with a screen as small as the DS's zooming wouldn't really work.

Scrolling
Scrolling in battle would actually be more efficient the hexagonal battle squares would be way too difficult to touch on a full screen rather than a zoomed screen. I can imagine the frustrated gamers screaming obscenities as they accidently order they're dragons to attack at an angle that destroys their own weaker stack. Or falling short and not attacking at all. SCROLLING BATTLE SCREEN = GOOD IDEA!!
I think the Adventure map should be zoomed anyway with scrolling capabilities. I think the D-Pad should be used for up down left right scrolling the left and right buttons for switching screens (hero, castle, adventure) and maybe for the top screen which could display day week month, resources, creature or hero info, castle info that kind of stuff (maybe with the x, y buttons) but either way scrolling would be a necessity (tryin to pickup artifacts and accidently fighting a pack of black dragons wouldn’t be my ideal way to play LOL)

The switching between adventure, hero, and city screens...
Hmm...! Maybe, X for Heroes screen, and tie in the d-Pad to that then hit X again to go back to adventure. Normally, the open city upon visit thing will be on, but y toggles the city selection (if you control >1) and d-pad selects and Y again goes into the selected city... Or just have the city/hero icons on the touch screen. That would be simpler. Yeah, just put 'em on the touch screen. Double-click will make sure you don't select on accident. And to move heroes/creatures, how about L/R buttons to shuffle through them (d-pad scrolls, and x/y zooms), a to select (now the d-pad plots movement). To attack, hover over target and hit a. To switch between ranged/melee, hit the option on the touch screen.
Said a lot...zttt...creativity engine overload...must recharge...awaiting response from other heroes...
