"Hi Adrina. I knew about the war..." Mark looked meaningfully at his arm when he said that, "but I came anyway. Helnith has a few rather beautiful places that might not be around much longer... so I'm recording them while I can in my journal... Would you like to see?" He held up the journal and smiled. One of the few things that I did that I'm proud of... Really proud of.
Meanwhile, his Spinarak had scuttled off of his back and was standing in front of Adrina's Chansey, observing the pink normal type with curiosity.

Mark stands next to her and opens up the journal. The first few pages are blank, have toon-like scribbles, or just child-like drawings. this stops after the seventh page. there is a noticeably much higher quality to the pictures, and parts of Helnith are recognizable. There are the towns on the way from Helnith's closest docks to Ternai town,the very well drawn, if back and white, pictures of pokemon and small smatterings the environment they were found in most pages, and pictures of majestic landscapes. as Mark goes through the journal, he tells Adrina all about the people, places and foods he had in each of his stops, answering any questions she asks him as best as he can.
Meanwhile, Mark's Spinarak draws back distrustfully and hisses at the Chansey. ((It really doesn't like... Anything that lives.))

Once Sarah receives the Rod, she feels a sudden urge to go fishing. She hadn't done it in long time, but maybe she'd catch something interesting.
She told Ignis in a polite manner that she had to go and instead wished to try fishing in the nearby waters that was in the ruins. She thanked him for his time and the tour, then she left the complex and started fishing in the waters just outside the entrance.
((I have no interest in catching a Magicarp, but maybe the Old Rods in Helnith are different. ))

Mark glared at his Spinarak and scolding said, "Bad boy, play nice." The Spinarak glared at him, before scuttling up to the ceiling to sulk. Mark turned back to Adrina again, slightly nervous. "Uh, sorry about that... Spinarak isn't that friendly..."
