((Okay, here’s how I’m going to do Magnitude (and other attacks that hit both allies and enemies like Self Destruct, Surf, etc.).
You can specify up to half the total number of targets you can hit. Every target after that I will roll randomly. No Pokemon can be hit more than once. Finally, the user can’t hit themselves.
Also, a reminder on multi-target moves: the maximum number of targets you can hit is the appropriate attacking stat/10, minimum 2 targets. So Pylus gets 2 targets for Bubble and the Graveler get 6 targets for Magnitude/Selfdestruct (pick up to 3).))
